This villa offers everything you can wish for, it is fully equipped and ideal for a relaxing and comfortable stay. It is perfect for families with children as we have a mini playground that will keep the little ones entertained. The barricaded pool allows for the children's safety. It is located at the heart of Fuerteventura golf course where you can enjoy a round of golf. Our putting green can also bring plenty of competitive entertainment. You can relax and read your book in the Bali house and enjoy a swim in the lovely heated pool.

Fantastic Property

We had a wonderful holiday at Casa James. The property was very clean and well equipped and our one very minor issue we had was sorted very quickly by Gaby the property manager. Gaby made us feel welcome and went the extra mile to celebrate a birthday in our group. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Perfect family villa stay

We have been going to Fuertaventura for the past 12 years and stayed in villa’s all the time, From Clive helping me out several times when I was enquiring and booking to the property manager Gaby who was ABSOLUTELY fantastic throughout our stay, assisting us with anything that we asked about, that basically is not what she’s there for, so a BIG THANK YOU to Gaby and now onto the property, the villa is in the perfect location for visitors to caleta , wether you want to play golf on your doorstep) or take a leisurely stroll along the flat walkways into the town or better still relax by the wonderful heated pool of the villa, this was the BEST villa we have stayed at in over a dozen, so thanks Clive for letting us use your beautiful place, Everything within the villa is of the highest spec, from the sleep all night long mattresses to the sun loungers and fantastic beach house by the pool, Everything you need is there for your stay, and we will definitely be returning to this wonderful villa as and when we get to Regards Family B

Unbelievable holiday

Firstly I would like to say a huge thanks to Clive and Gaby for making our stay so relaxed and enjoyable, the Villa thoroughly exceeded our expectations. We’ve never stayed in a villa before and always opted for hotels but following our stay I don’t think we could go back to holidaying in a hotel. The whole experience from start to finish was faultless, we felt welcomed, relaxed and above all at home for the entirety of our stay. The Villa is absolutely stunning, it was clean to the point you felt like you were stepping into a newly built property. The layout of the exterior has been thought out perfectly to accommodate families and it made you able to relax that little bit more in the knowledge our children could play with the toys provided whilst safely being locked from accessing the pool. The location is perfect in a quiet area but just 5 minutes from all the amenities and the local beach there is even a McDonald’s a few minutes away which is ideal for those lazy days to have a day off from cooking. 7 of us stayed (4 adults 3 children) and there was ample room for us all to spend time together or even relax on our own if we wanted. Overall I would give our stay 11 out of 10 and have already started looking for dates and flights for next year to come back and stay. Thank you Clive and Gaby for making our holiday the best holiday we could of hoped for.

Lovely Modern Villa

Recently refurbished to a very high standard . Great location and within walking distance to restaurants, supermarket and the beach, so car hire not essential . Lovely pool area with lots of sun loungers , spotlessly clean and a great friendly host who was always available if we needed anything . Highly recommended.
