Welcome to R&R in Kiva. R&R in Kiva is a stylish, modern, 10 foot ceiling beach
chic 5BR/4 BA beach house paradise where you can relax and make amazing
memories with friends and family. R&R in Kiva has three spacious levels of living
space. Each floor boasts of its own living room entertainment area together with
sleeping accommodations and outside seating areas.  
 
The first floor is perfect for kids, teens, and accompanying adults with two
bedrooms that can sleep up to 7, including a queen bunk room, twin bunk room
and shared bathroom. The first floor living room has a pull-out couch and
provides a great space for fun and games with two arcade machines (Pac-man
and Fast and Furious).  The gas grill area is also located on this level at the rear of
the house with amazing views of the Golf Course.  
On the second floor you will find the main living space of the house with an
open concept including a large and modern kitchen that is fully equipped with
a professional stove and everything you could need to prepare meals for your
family and friends, including a Keurig for morning coffee to enjoy the Golf Course
views. The large living and dining areas offer plenty of space for all your friends
and family to sit, relax and enjoy some time together, as well as access to decks
on all levels. Both the front and back of the house, allow for multiple view
options, comfortable and relaxing rocking gliders and other chair options on the
front and rear decks throughout the day. The second floor also offers a large
second master bedroom with a king size bed, full bathroom and laundry room.
The third floor includes another master suite with a king size bed and a private
bathroom, double vanity, with an exceptionally large walk-in shower. The second
bedroom on this floor also has a king size bed with direct bathroom access. Each
bedroom has its own deck access with gliders and amazing views. The living space
on this floor includes a kitchenette with fridge, sink, coffee maker, another Keurig,
pull out sofa, and another rear deck to enjoy the wonders of Kiva Dunes.  There is
also a 3 rd  Arcade machine on the 3 rd  floor, “Golden Tee 3D”, a whole lot of fun!

All living rooms and bedrooms are equipped with their own ceiling fans, large TVs
and highspeed internet access.  The downstairs closet is stocked with beach
supplies and chairs. The house is located across the street from one of four largest
Kiva Dunes private and premier pools and the Pickle Ball/Tennis courts. We are
located on the 12th green of the beautiful Kiva Dunes golf course. The oversized
6 chair firepit boasts amazing views of the 12 th green where you can view the
golfers or spent time with family and friends at the campfire making memories
with hotdogs and smores.
It is only a short 3-minute walk to the closest beach access and the 2 nd  closest Kiva
Dunes pool, Blue Heron Cove.  You can also call the complementary shuttle
provided by Kiva Dunes to take you to any of the other two private beach
entrances, including The Kiva Beach Club for food, drinks, pool & beach service,
the gym, other Kiva Dunes pools and the Kiva Grill for amazing breathtaking golf
course views while dining at the Kiva Dunes Lodge.   This house boasts of amazing
