We’ve placed some green stackable sandbags near the back area of the house as a small precaution during heavy rain. When it’s really pouring, the drain can take a little longer to clear, and the sandbags help keep the area near the double doors dry — they’ve been very effective at preventing water from getting in.

While this happens only rarely, we like to stay prepared — just in case! When the weather is clear, feel free to move the sandbags aside to keep the space tidy. If rain is in the forecast — especially if you’ll be out — we recommend stacking them back in front of the doors as a simple precaution.

Hey there! We want you to have an awesome stay, so here are a few simple rules to keep things smooth for everyone (and avoid any surprise charges):

No Smoking
Please don’t smoke inside. If it smells like smoke, we’ll need to charge a $500 cleaning fee.

No Parties or Events
We love good vibes, but no parties or large gatherings. Unauthorized events will result in a $1,000 fee and booking cancellation.

Quiet Hours
Let’s keep it peaceful from 10PM to 8AM. One warning, then a $250 fine or possible removal if noise continues.

Extra Guests
Only the people listed on the reservation, please. Extra guests will be charged $50/night each.

Pets
No surprise furry friends! An undisclosed pet will result in a $500 fee.

Don’t Touch the Tech
Please don’t move or disable any security cameras, smoke detectors, or noise monitors. This may result in a $500 fine and immediate removal.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Early check-in or late check-out is $50/hour if approved. Unapproved early or late access is $100/hour.
