This Oceanfront retreat, boasting two bedrooms and two bathrooms, offers comfort and space. A true retreat where coastal simplicity reigns supreme. The interior, painted in calm tones, offers a laid-back backdrop for your stay. Let the gentle waves provide a soothing soundtrack as you relax on the balcony or the comfy living room after a memorable day of fun!

The master bedroom features a view of the ocean and also presents an en suite bathroom. While the guest bedroom hosts two comfortable twin beds. Need extra space, the sofa also pulls out to sleep two.

The fully equipped kitchen is prepped for you to create anything from sunrise breakfasts on the balcony to moonlit dinners within the condo. "Kids high chair included"

A wonderful location with a great view!

Castaways was a beautiful condo and the resort was amazing. We loved the ocean view and direct beach access! The location was amazing with so many restaurants within walk g distance and a short drive to historic downtown! We would definitely recommend!

Relaxing long weekend

The place was excellent. Plenty of room and a nice view. We enjoyed the beach and the hot tub(s). Location was great with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Only 10 minutes or so to downtown. We loved our stay and would definitely stay there again

Castawaves Villa is a wonderful vacation home. The ocean view is lovely with easy beach access, the condo is clean and well stocked and the location is convenient. Host Jamie responded almost immediately to our inquiries. Couldn't be happier with this experience. Highly recommend!

Great location!

Loved the location- very easy to access all St Augustine had to offer. Perfect location for beach. There are two pools- a large unheated and a smaller heated. Honestly even in April the unheated was tolerable! The pull out couch could used replaced. I wouldn't have been able to sleep on it but with extra padding it was tolerable for the kids.. would definitely stay again!

Great Location Bad Condo

With the price we paid for our stay they could invest in updated furniture. Everything is old and uncomfortable. Worst sleep we’ve had. Location right by the beach was very nice but condo itself not worth it.

Nice lil condo

The complex itself was nice, well maintained and quiet. This unit size-wise ended up being perfect for me and one other family member, though it probably could have fit 3-4 people. It was clean, neat and had all the necessary amenities needed for our vacation. Working the unit’s door code was a bit tricky, and the beach gate code changed a few days after we arrived but a resident gave us the new one so it wasn’t a big deal. I would stay here again.

close to the ocean

Clean and quiet with a third story balcony and a ocean view. Easy short walk to the ocean. Quiet condo building and nice pools when you are ready to leave the ocean waves for calmer waters. We did get reprimanded a couple of times for not following HOA rules that we were unaware of. It would be nice to see printed rules when renting a condo in this building.

A Disappointing Stay

I should have done a better job of researching before booking for this trip. First impressions are important and the impression began when qe opened the door. The "old" smell was immediate. The unit has aged and worn furnishings. The master bed is not a king as advertisd, but rather a queen. The mattress needs to be replaced. We literally had to crawl out of it. The spare bathroom shower rod and hooks are rusted. The shower curtain is molded. On a poditive note, the main pool is nice and beach access is easy.
