Welcome to the Amelia Surf and Racquet Club, where this completely renovated second-floor condo awaits with a newly updated living space and beautiful oceanfront views. Inside, you'll be able to admire lovely views of the Atlantic Ocean from the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, and the bedroom. A washer/dryer is provided for your convenience as well.

Amelia Surf and Racquet Club is a well-maintained, beautifully landscaped, gated development directly on the Atlantic. This location is perfect for whatever your ideal vacation may include: relaxing on the beach, walking down to the Ritz-Carlton for dinner or drinks, biking or strolling along the lush tropical pathway outside the development, visiting the peacocks living in the neighborhood just down the road, taking a short drive to Fort Clinch for a historical tour, or shopping and dining in historic downtown Amelia. Enjoy access to an outdoor pool and clay tennis courts as well!

This condo has been newly renovated in January 2022!

The room is decorated nicely, just needed a little cleaning and maintenance. There was a dead bird on the patio, the bathroom sink did not drain and the dishwasher two mounting screws were missing and it wobbled around when opening and closing. The view was good.

Took 3 days to get shower functional. Handle was broken and tried multiple times to get assistance with repair. VACASA promised an adjustment to our fee, but have not approached us at all with any compensation.

Everything was wonderful! The condo was beautifully decorated & is in a great location. The only negative is that there was a large pile of sand in the bottom of the dryer. I had to clean it before I could use it. But otherwise, everything was great! We loved it!

Beautiful beachfront condo

The condo was lovely. Great location on AI
close to stores, restaurants and downtown Fernandina Beach. Property and amenities well maintained and super easy beach access. Quiet and relaxing, we enjoyed sitting on the porch and water views throughout. Hope to return.

Anniversary Trip

Anniversary trip for an extended weekend with my husband. Pros: The condo was clean, comfortable and has an amazing view. Beach is beautiful and clean. The location is great with lots of things to do and plenty of restaurants to try. Cons: When we arrived the gate and door code did not work and we eneded up being stuck outside for over an hour. Jennifer arrived and was very helpful. She was not able to get the door code to work so she provided us with a key and remote for the gate. There is a bit of a smoke smell but not overwhelming. The bed is pretty worn and sinks in as soon as you sit/lay down.

WARNING - Cigarette Smoke B120

Upon arrival unit had a pungent odor of cigarette smoke. Contacted Vacasa & they didn’t acknowledge my concerns at all & just said leave a review. Toilet was cracked at the base. Scam to book this as nonsmoking when it smells like ashtrays. Vacasa encouraged me to post a review, but when I did it suspiciously never got posted online, only super high ratings are actually posted. Super disappointing and will not be coming back

Attractive Condo

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at this condo. It was exquisitely updated and decorated. The bed was very comfortable and everything that was needed was provided in the kitchen. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The ocean view from the living room, bedroom and porch was perfect. I look forward to my next stay in this condo.

Beautiful Condo overlooking the ocean

This condo is perfect. It's tastefully decorated with just the right amount of furniture and accents to make our stay comfortable and peaceful. Everything was top notch, from the check in process and communications from the host agency, to the cleanliness of the condo and the great king bed. And the views of the dunes and waves were perfect from the deck and living room.

Excellent Beach Front Condo

This condo is so lovely and beautiful. It was perfect for our family of four (two kids ages 6 and 8). It is right next to the Ritz-Carlton, where we had a wedding to attend. But the condo allowed us to have our own space and a kitchen. All with wonderful views of the ocean. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Very nice condo, beautiful ocean views

Clean condo, nicely appointed , comfortable bed and furniture. Plenty of towels. Kitchen well stocked. Beautiful ocean view, loved falling asleep to the waves crashing below. The pool was nice, plenty of parking. Close to downtown Fernindina with lovely shops and great restaurants. Dont miss Espana to dine! Vacasa was the rental company and we always rent from private owners but not a complaint. They checked in pre, during and post stay .

We loved this remodeled condo!!!!

Such a great remodeled condo. The owner gave such attention to detail. We had plenty of towels and the kitchen was well appointed. Would highly recommend staying here.

Long weekend trip
