Step into this beach home boasting an open and spacious floor plan, high ceilings, and premium finishes throughout. This rental is located just a short walk from the ocean and the river and there is a dock right at the end of the street. The eat-in kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials for preparing small snacks or chef's meals! Let the kids play out back in the private, enclosed yard while catching a spectacular sunset! Guests of this rental will also have access to a boogie board and three adult bicycles.

Located right between beach access location and the dock and boat launch to the river, there is no shortage of activities and fun to be found close by! Plenty of room for the 10 of us. Great location with a straight shot to the beach from the road.Some very minor issues such as a very limited amount of laundry and dishwasher tabs (only 2 each). No cleaning supplies to wipe down counter tops, Body wash and shampoo was out in the bathroom. No BBQ grill available. The keypad lock is old and confusing with a 10 digit code (needs upgrade).

Beautiful Property!

The house was spacious and modern plus it’s in a convenient location. We enjoyed prepping meals in the kitchen as it was well stocked and the layout was very open and inviting. Loved the master bedroom’s bathroom! Will stay again.

Overall great place!!!!

The house was definitely big enough to accommodate my big family with 5 kids, no one was walking over the other and plenty of seating. Only complaint we had was the showers (the shower heads specifically) and washer we moldy but it definitely didn't ruin our stay just a little more thorough cleaning on those 2 places would be nice. We would definitely stay again!

This was a great place to stay. Only issue I had was that one of the sinks in the master bathroom was clogged pretty bad. Other than that it was great.

Good visit to St Augustine

We visited St Augustine/Vilano Beach over Christmas/New Years. The property feels bigger than it is, large kitchen and dining table for a large family was great for us. All the beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked for a rental. We enjoyed our time in St Augustine and our VRBO house worked out really well.

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay and that the house was so close to the beach. The house was roomy and accommodated our group perfectly. The yard was great for playing games. We grilled and enjoyed sitting on the deck. One negative would be the lack of towels (body, face, dish, and beach).
