Belle maison moderne spacieuse à proximité du centre-ville et de la plage! Idéal pour les groupes!

Situé à 5 minutes de la plage, à 7 minutes du centre-ville de St Augustine et à quelques minutes à vélo de l'amphithéâtre, cette maison de 4 chambres et 2 bains en bord de mer avec piscine est proche de partout où vous voulez être. Carreaux de terre cuite partout. La maison a une grande télévision située dans le salon avec service de câble et WiFi. Il y a beaucoup de stationnement supplémentaire pouvant accueillir un camping-car ou un bateau.

** Nous fournissons 24 serviettes: 8 salles de bain, 4 mains, 4 débarbouillettes, 2 torchons et 6 serviettes de plage. Nous vous demandons d'apporter des serviettes supplémentaires dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour en avoir assez pour tout le monde dans votre groupe!

Idéalement situé pour la plage, l'ampithéâtre, le phare, le centre-ville et 312. Tout est à distance de vélo. Grande piscine de nage en L avec clôture grillagée. Super quartier pour les enfants et les animaux domestiques. Rue ancienne établie avec beaucoup d'arbres d'ombrage.

It rained the entire time we were there (no lightening). The heated pool was amazing and saves the trip. The kids swam even when it was raining outside.

Property was pet friendly. Some days leaves in the pool were a problem. All in all the property worked out for us. It was centrally, located and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and downtown areas.

House was awesome. Did not feel safe with front window that doesn't lock and only a single door handle for front door with a digital keypad. No way to lock a dead bolt from inside.

We are glad you enjoyed our home! The door does lock from the outside. We don't advertise the house as being childproof, if that was the concern about the lock. Guests are encouraged to bring anything required to childproof the house for their child. We weren't aware of any issues with a window lock, but will check it out.

Very clean throughout. Floor plan is a little convoluted but that's from it being renovated, i think. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes, small appliances, etc. Quiet neighborhood. Only caveat, house echoes a bit from lack of absorbing material such as drapes, rugs and cushioned furniture. This is certainly not a problem but just thought I'd mention it. Will certainly stay again should the occasion arise.

We were able to ride our bikes from the house to different places near by that were good to visit such as Anastasia SP, the Lighthouse and bridge of Lions.

We had a wonderful stay. The inside of the home was clean, huge kitchen area for gathering. Perfect location for exploring.We had internet troubles and they were quick to respond with solutions ! Pool was very large and clean. The kids said it one of their favorite stays so far ! My only suggestion would be to give the pool area itself a pressure wash, but we understand how quick stuff grows in Florida :)
