There are several great restaurants and local attractions close by. Enjoy a less crowded beach access point directly across from the unit. The unit sleeps up to four guests and is ideal for two adults and two children or up to four adults. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and two closets. The living room includes a queen-size memory foam sofa bed, new lighting, and updated furniture. The bathroom has been updated with fresh paint, new fixtures, hardware, and luxury vinyl flooring.Additional updates include dimmable lighting, new ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom, fresh paint, new trim, and new flooring throughout the unit. The kitchen has been updated with modern dimmable lighting, new hardware, and luxury vinyl flooring. NO smoking OR Vaping policy-(not even on the balcony) NO pets. HOA strictly enforces this. NO parties or events. Property monitored by on-site COA. Violation of rules may result in $250 occupant fee. Parking pass fee is $50, which is the exact cost owners have to pay. Please park in the designated parking lot only. Do not park under the building. We’ve got your basics covered with: Linens, towels, and blankets. Starter pack with: toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser, dish/laundry detergent, and starter coffee pods/creamer. Plan to replenish groceries after your first night or set up a delivery for your arrival day. Primary renter MUST be AGE 25+ and present during stay. Trip insurance is highly recommended. We do not give refunds due to weather or natural disasters. We strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes in plans. Rescheduling dates are treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to availability and pricing at the time. All units are NON-smoking. smoking in a unit or evidence of smoking / smell in a unit can result in a minimum fine of $250. The Lei Lani Tower (across the street) is undergoing updates.
