Beautiful home very close to the water. Definitely plan to stay here once a year. There were even some beach chairs and sand toys in the storage bin on the patio.

very nice house and perfect for my family. The home was clean and well stocked and the management team is very nice and responsive to any needs. we had no issues with the house during our stay and will definitely be coming back!

1st day my granddaughter took a shower on the third floor, which the showerhead was messed up no control knob to adjust for heat or cold. The last two days of our trip was miserable no air conditioning. They sent a young kid out who did exact same thing as I did could not repair or fix the air conditioner very humid very hot in the house. The last two days this was the third time I’ve stayed in this house most likely it’ll be the last for the price. I could’ve stayed at a five star hotel. Very upsetting. No one got a hold of me to talk about the problem that we had no refund no nothing. .

We sincerely apologize for the experience you had, especially as a returning guest who has chosen this home three times. The shower issue, followed by two days without working AC, understandably made for a frustrating end to your vacation. While we did send someone out to assess the AC, we recognize that the issue was not resolved and that our follow-up communication fell short. We should have done a better job keeping you informed and addressing your concerns, and for that, we apologize. We’ll be reviewing both the maintenance issues and how they were handled with our team. We truly value your continued loyalty and are disappointed that we let you down on this visit.

Very clean and beautiful property but not what was sold. No tv access, no propane in fire pit and worst of any property I’ve stayed at as far as communication from host. Would be the biggest concern if ever recommending the property. Would like to be reimbursed for the lack of propane and access to technology while staying.

Unfortunately, being in tight quarters in Newport Beach the garages tend to be a little less roomy than most homes and cannot accommodate large vehicles as stated in our listings. Despite this, we hope your stay was great and we hope to host you again in the future!

Newport house

Overall it was nice! Kitchen had everything you need. Lots of towels in bathroom. Comfy living room couch. Large dining table -seats 8. Two car garage. 5 minute walk to beach. Great management.

We had a great time house slept us all very comfortably. Great distance from the beach to pop back and forth. We did a rate it a 5 star and would stay again. We did wish there were more towels to have as many people as we did staying I would have liked to see more towels and not be using the same two towels all week. The sheets could use an upgrade as well they were rough. The place stayed nice and cool but if you need extra bedding because your cold bring it. There was really no extra blankets or pillows.

Perfect for our family

We stayed with our three grown children that met us in Newport Beach. The house is exactly as described. (Including the construction next door... that was not a big deal at all). There we ample towels and other amenities. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. The only item that we needed help with was the garage door, and they handled it in less than an hour. The location was great and we quickly realized just how much everything was within walking distance.

Exceptional Home & So Comfortable!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 7 was looking to escape the Bay Area to remote learn from a new location for a few days. This property more than satisfied all our needs. Each of our 5 children had a room to sleep and we slept comfortably in the master suite at the front of the house. The house is located steps from the beach and although located on the corner of Balboa Blvd, was very quiet and no one had issues sleeping / or with noise. The wifi worked great for all 7 of us to work online during the day. We loved the rooftop fire pit and the garage was helpful for the guests who came to visit us for dinner. The beach is incredible here as well! Just an all around wonderful, last minute getaway in a newly renovated home!

Great house!

Pictures are completely accurate. This house is amazing and a short walk to the beach. Beds are super comfortable and kitchen is fully stocked with every dish you will need. We had a problem with the refrigerator, I guess do to operator error, still not sure how that happened. NB vacations was on it and had a service tech out here to try and fix it the next afternoon. I have a couple recommendations for you before you get here: Make sure that there is propane for roof fire place and bbq. We came and had empty tanks (4 empty tanks) and It put a wrench on our first night, but got resolved the next afternoon. Be careful with refrigerator. It’s a beautiful Viking fridge, but you have to triple check that it’s closed after every time you close it. Enjoy your stay here. It’s everything and much more. You’ll thank me later, I promise!! ❤️

Great location under par cleanliness

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house as a family gathering to spend Christmas together. The house itself was perfect layout for 6 adults and 1 toddler and a baby. We really enjoyed the convent location as it was walking distance to the beach, a park and stores and restaurants. We enjoyed the different levels especially the rooftop. However when we arrive the outdoor courtyard area had a pile of beach toy and chairs which were full and sand and an unorganized mess which the patios looked like they had not been swept or blown. Also, the floors of the entire house were dirty as our sock and our toddler and crawling baby’s feet and hands were filthy after time spent on the floors. There was sand on the lower bathroom floors and the master bath tub prior to our use. When you read the check out list the property management states to leave the toys clean and put back in place and do not leave sand on floors or tubs. Management has been notified. I just wonder what our cleaning fee covers?

Great location and fabulous house

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It's one block from the beach and close to shops /restaurants etc. The house had everything we needed and was great for our family of 6. The rooftop with a view was a plus! I would highly recommend a stay.
