Propriété de charme donnant sur la plage de Knock Bay et au-delà à Knoydart

Stonebridge est un bois vêtu maison très charmante, récemment construit (achevée fin 2008), détaché dans un endroit très spécial avec les plus belles vues à Knoydart. La maison est décorée avec goût et offre un hébergement de luxe pour un maximum de 6 personnes. En bas se trouve une cuisine entièrement équipée sur mesure peint à la main, y compris les micro-ondes, réfrigérateur / congélateur et lave-vaisselle avec coin repas hors pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6. Il ya une buanderie / boot avec machine à laver et sèche-linge. Le salon est intime et confortable avec un poêle, TV lecteur DVD contemporaine bois / et des canapés très confortables! Au rez de chaussée il ya aussi une promenade dans la salle de douche humide et une chambre double. Les 2 autres chambres (une double et une lits jumeaux) sont situées à l'étage avec une salle de bains séparée. Il ya une sélection variée de livres et de jeux. Wifi.

What a beautiful, modern, clean, comfortable and extremely well equipped home Stonebridge is. Perfectly located with great parking and surrounded by a beautiful wild flower garden. We used the house as a base for wanders into the Black and Red Cuillin, Loch Coruisk and Point of Sleat. All under 1 hour drives from Stonebridge. We loved returning from long walks for a few beers and a wee dram sitting on the covered veranda in all weathers. For non driving days there is a wonderful section of coast for spotting the local wildlife and a haunted ruined castle and distillery as neighbours. We cant recommend this wonderful home enough and thank the owners for sharing it with us.

Gorgeous bay views, perfect location, cozy cottage

Our Family enjoyed looking out over the bay and the kids liked playing at the beach. The location was ideal and very convenient to many day trips. The quaint cottage was comfortable and clean. We highly recommend this cottage for anyone who loves nature and appreciates beautiful flowering gardens and the comforts of home while they are traveling.

Lovely house!

We already stayed at Stonebridge 6 years ago and were happy to come back again. The house is lovely, clean and well equipped. The view over the Sound of Sleat is great, this time we were lucky and even saw dolphins. A distillery is in walking distance, we recommend to take a tour. Thanks for having us again!

Cottage très chaleureux

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce cottage très chaleureux, aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et très propre. La vue est magnifique, nous avons pu voir des phoques grâce aux jumelles à disposition. L'équipement de la cuisine est exceptionnel. Quel plaisir aussi de pouvoir utiliser le poêle avec le bois mis à disposition. La proximité de la route n'est pas gênante. Contacts très faciles avec l'hôte. Nous recommandons vivement!

Passendes Haus zur wunderschönen Insel

Wir (5 Personen) haben unseren Urlaub auf Skye, trotz vielem Regen, sehr genossen!!! Das Haus war sauber und gemütlich (auch wenn nicht alles unserem Geschmack entsprach), der Blick auf das Meer hat uns immer wieder fasziniert und wir hatten alles, was wir für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigten. Lediglich der Verkehr auf der kleinen Straße vor dem Haus (hauptsächlich zu Fährzeiten in Armadale) hat uns etwas überrascht - wir hatten mit weniger gerechnet. Sollten wir Skye ein weiteres Mal besuchen, würden wir dieses Ferienhaus gerne wieder buchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank!!!

A good week despite the rain!!

Despite an extremely wet week, being able to return each day to Stonebridge Cottage made our stay an enjoyable one. The cottage is of a high standard & we have no hesitation in recommending the property as an excellent place to stay. We would have no hesitation in using it again.
