There are no stairs anywhere on the property, the outdoor setup is ready to go, and the pace here is entirely yours to set.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The primary suite anchors one end of the home with a king bed and a private ensuite bath - a quiet corner that feels genuinely separate from the rest of the house. Two additional bedrooms each hold a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom is set up with twin-over-twin bunk beds, well-suited to younger guests or a group that needs to stretch the headcount. Three full bathrooms are spread across the home, so mornings stay easy regardless of how many people are moving at once.

 

Living space

The open-concept layout connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen into one continuous social space. There's room to settle in across the couch for a film, gather everyone around the dining table for a group meal, or just let the conversation drift between the kitchen and the living area. A ceiling fan keeps things comfortable, and the flow moves naturally toward the screened lanai.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything a group needs to cook and eat in - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a full set of cooking basics including pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper. Dishes and silverware for the whole group are provided, and the island offers casual seating alongside the dining table that seats everyone together when a proper meal is on the agenda.

 

Outdoor living

The screened lanai and private outdoor pool make this home's outdoor setup genuinely hard to leave. The pool gives the group a dedicated place to cool off and spend the afternoon, while the hot tub is ready for evening soaks when the energy shifts. Covered outdoor furniture provides a comfortable spot to eat or unwind, and the screened enclosure keeps the lanai usable through Florida's warmer months - no bugs, no fuss.

 

Work & practical details

A dedicated workspace makes the home well-suited to remote work and longer visits - long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Free parking is available on the premises. The home is equipped with exterior security cameras and a Ring doorbell at both the front and rear. Bed linens, clothing storage, a TV, a washer and dryer, and a first aid kit are all included.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver (Required)

Guests must select one of the following options after booking via our Guest App:

$500 refundable security deposit, or

$22 per night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped per stay)



This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.

Age Requirement & ID Verification

Primary guest must be 26+.



All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Verification includes government-issued ID, selfie verification and signing our rental agreement and house rules in the Guest Portal. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.
