Beautiful home and was exactly as described. More than enough room for our large family reunion. Host was easy to reach by text and responded within a short time. Would highly recommend this property.

We loved this house. Our family was extremely comfortable during our entire stay. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed.

Family Wedding

This home was exactly what we needed it to be. Main floor bedroom with hand rails in the shower and toilet room was perfect for my 80+ mother. Plenty of space for all the kids and grandkids. Big kitchen for group meals.

The house was clean and is large enough for 12 of us. The kitchen is fully stocked and had ample space pfor everyone to gather while preparing food and cleaning up after meals. The washer and dryer was very helpful. We washed the towels again but they still looked grimy so most of us bought towels to use for the rest of our 1 week stay. I think it's time to replace the towels. Mattresses on the lower level are saggy and uncomfortable. Seat cushion or spring of two chairs in the living room have dropped significantly in the center so you need someone to pull you out of the chair. Back of one dining chair is broken. It was reported together with leg of one sofa but it was not repaired or taken cared of. Edges of rug in the dining room area is curling which can cause people to trip. Also, the tray of the small oven was filled with calcified grease and impossible to wash even after soaking it in a.mixture of vinegar, dish soap and warm water. Otherwise, everyone was satisfied because the house was close to shopping, tourist attractions and scenic spots.

House was in a great location! Space was good for all our family members. Beautiful quiet block. Was disappointed as carpets were dirty, as was kitchen garbage pail. Upstairs bathroom tub was clogged, and BBQ grill was dirty and propane was almost empty. I think with a good cleaning the place would have been perfect.

The property had a lot of wear and tear to carpet, furniture etc. The layout and decor were nice but some needed cleaning or replacement. Three different floors, bedrooms on each, to spread out but climate control between the levels is difficult as it appears there is one unit/one thermostat. To cool upstairs it will be cold on the main floor and freezing cold in the basement. Beds and linens were comfortable. We felt like the listing should be updated with new pictures and current state of home.

Our heating and cooling system is a standard residential setup, and usually, adjusting the individual vents is the best way to tailor the airflow to your liking. Regarding the decor and condition, we take great pride in ensuring our photos accurately represent the property. While the home does experience the normal, minor wear of a well-loved vacation rental, we work hard to maintain the high standards reflected in our overall 9.8/10 rating. We're sorry our home wasn't the perfect match for your personal tastes, but we truly wish you the best in your future travels.

Great Home Away from Home

The house was a great fit for our family on our trip. We loved that there were bedrooms on all three levels. The property manager was very responsive as well.

The kitchen is well equipped for cooking; adding wine glasses would be a nice improvement. The house could benefit from a more thorough cleaning prior to arrival—we ended up vacuuming and washing some of the bedding. Communication with the host was quick and easy. The location is convenient, about a 30 minute drive from Snowbird ski resort. Overall, the house is large, comfortable, and exactly as described.
