You'll be a short stroll or golf cart ride from community pools, fire pits, parks, and restaurants. Willow House is your home base for a relaxed and refreshing escape.

- Master suite (downstairs): king bed + private bath (shower only)

- Upstairs retreat: 2 queen beds, 2 twin trundles, full bath with tub, projector for movie nights, closet with toys & games

- Fully stocked kitchen for easy meals including a start set of spices, cooking oils, pots, pans, etc. Coffee, tea and sugar are also provided.

- Washer and dryer available on downstairs along with a starter set of laundry supplies

- Outdoor spaces: front porch with lounge furniture + screened side dining porch

- Entertainment: board games, ladder toss, sports equipment, utility wagon and beach towels

- Golf cart included for exploring Carlton Landing

Golf Cart Use: Golf cart use is complimentary for registered guests 21+ with a signed waiver. In the event of maintenance needs, availability is not guaranteed and refunds will not be issued.

Events: The home is best suited for families and small groups—parties or large gatherings are not permitted.

Stairs: The upstairs bedroom requires using stairs, which may not be suitable for all guests.
