We had a wonderful stay, the property exceeded our expectations. Came to town for Banana Ball at FSU... very convenient to campus, quiet neighborhood, very welcoming for our dog.Had a great time, would stay again!Katrina is a superb host!

Wonderful stay! Property was adorable, relaxing, well stocked and clean. Katrina was a pleasure to deal with. We stayed for my triplets birthday and Easter which were back to back. Property had everything we needed and more.

Katie and her group were fantastic guests! They left the home very clean and tidy, especially for a larger group with two pets—which I truly appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout their stay, and she was so friendly and easy to work with. I would absolutely welcome them back anytime!

This home was a very refreshing experience. The property and parking was easy and well maintained. Located on a quiet, dead-end street. Neighboring homes were quiet. Inside was very clean and fresh in every room. Fully stocked kitchen utensil’s for cooking like at home, washer and dryer stocked with detergent and dryer sheets. A/C works great and zero smells of any kind. Beds were comfortable, sheets and pillows were great. Roku tv had what you needed. Bathrooms & showers were clean, water pressure and heat was great.

The host is very pleasant and patient with all my questions. We came for an FSU camp and it was close by. I walked the trails at the nearby park, which was extremely nice. We brought a dog and they had a dog park there too. Having the yard fenced in was very nice. The mall is very close. He went on a treacherous Tallahassee ghost tour. Wakulla Springs and the natural bridge park is nearby but we didn’t get a chance to go as we were busy but lots of tourist options. We ate downtown at the Edison restaurant and that park was very nice. My husband had to work from home and the Internet worked great. The TV had lots of tv apps if you had your password, you could login and use those. Everything was comfortable and clean. I would say my biggest Takeaway was all the little details which make a trip very pleasant or attended to. She had a coffee maker with some coffee pods, ready to go. Little guest shampoo and soap. There was a washer and dryer and laundry supplies. And charming decor. Neighborhood quaint and neighbors nice. Everyone waves. Being from south Florida that was refreshing.
