The condo features a spacious primary suite with a king bed, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two queen beds, while the third bedroom includes a queen bed. The living room is designed for comfort with plush sofas, a 55" Smart TV, and sliding door access to the balcony. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, and a private washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit. The oceanfront balcony, accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom, provides stunning Gulf views and the perfect place to relax. Updated furniture and Smart TV's throughout provide guests additional comfort during their stay.

• A/C: Restricted to minimum of 70°F
• Basic Starter supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). Management company does not replenish starter supplies.
• Parking: 1 assigned space + limited guest parking (first come)
• Pet Policy: No pets
• Age requirement: 25+ to book
• Access: Located on Level 4 (building elevator or 4 flights of stairs)
• No trailers, RV's or golf carts permitted
