With 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, multiple living areas, a new game room and Gulf views from all 3 levels, it’s perfect for beach vacations or longer stays. The townhouse is in a peaceful, low-density area of Miramar Beach. The backyard is the beach, giving you true beachfront access just steps from your back door.
The townhouse is thoughtfully laid out across three levels, offering privacy and flexibility for larger groups and extended stays. The home features 3 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bath, along with additional living spaces that make it easy to spread out. A family-oriented game room adds a fun option for downtime, while the fully equipped kitchen, full-sized washer & dryer, smart TVs, and reliable Wi-Fi support both vacation stays and longer, work-from-beach visits.
