Paradis trouvé dans cette maison de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain avec piscine! Cette maison familiale est à seulement 1 pùté de maisons des plages de sable blanc immaculées du golfe du Mexique. EntiÚrement meublé dans un style cÎtier et avec tout le luxe de la maison pour des vacances sans stress. Situé dans le prestigieux North End de l'ßle.

La maison dispose d'une piscine tropicale avec un coin salon et salle Ă  manger pour profiter d'une collation en fin d'aprĂšs-midi ou d'un repas au coucher du soleil. La chambre principale mĂšne Ă  la piscine et Ă  son environnement tropical luxuriant.

La chambre principale offre un lit king size donnant sur la piscine. La deuxiĂšme chambre offre un lit double et la derniĂšre chambre offre un ensemble de lits jumeaux. Il y a deux grandes salles de bain avec baignoire et douche.

Vous ne pouvez pas battre les logements que cette maison offre! Cuisine entiÚrement meublée avec tout le confort de la maison. Serviettes, draps, draps frais et beaucoup de serviettes de plage pour vous envelopper aprÚs un bon long bain dans la piscine chauffée! Lovely Coastal Cottage on AMI

We really enjoyed our stay at the Coastal Cottage on AMI. Location was perfect, easy walk to beach, city pier, and restaurants. The home was clean and well-maintained. Staff was very responsive.

Perfect Family Getaway

We stayed here for three nights and it was perfect for my two kids and in-laws who joined us. It’s a quick walk to the beach and the house was super clean. If we needed something the property manager responded quickly and got us what we needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. A

The property was very nice one this that i would add is on the back doors having the alarms. We have stayed at another house that had the same systems, and they had a button on the outside also you could hit. This silences the alarms when anyone is in the house asleep. The way it is set up you have to open the door and then immediately hit the button.

The furnishings were great (beds were comfortable). The pool was dirty and really unusable.Overall, the house is an older home updated with small bed rooms and bathrooms. While the home was clean it was a real downer the the pool was dirty.When you look at the overall cost (rental, cleaning, property management)...Not worth the price!

AMI Cottage

Adorable cottage in central Anna Maria location
2 blocks from the beach, 3 blocks to Pine Ave shopping district and 4 blocks to City Pier! Home has fully appointed kitchen, backyard pool and all the beach gear you need! The hubs and I and 2 of our adult children enjoyed our vacation immensely! Only thing I would update are the beds :/

Girls Trip

This was a great house for a couple of ladies. GREAT location, clean, well stocked and enough room to spread out. Pool was a great size and plenty of room to spread out on patio furniture too. Overall a great house. It does need some maintenance. One toilet leaked all over the bathroom making it unusable and the other one the toilet seat wasn’t attached. The lights in the pool didn’t work and the china cabinet piece of furniture’s door fell off when opened and smash my toe. Just small maintenance items would make this house a 5/5.

Great stay

The house and location was great. It is not luxurious but for the price it was very comfortable. The house could use some minor improvements/repairs. This is our 4th visit to Anna Maria and we have stayed at a different location every time. I would stay here again. My 2 only complaints are: 1. The 2 living room chairs were very uncomfortable and were noisy when you moved while sitting in them. 2. We found a few dirty dishes, which made me question how clean they all were. But the kitchen was well equipped for us to cook breakfast every morning and a few dinners. These were minor inconveniences that are easy to overlook and still enjoy our stay.
