This ground level, newly renovated and professionally decorated 3 bedroom, 3 bath beach house offers comfort, luxury, and relaxation. "North Shore" is located on a quiet street just south of Pine Ave and just a few flip flop steps away from the serene Gulf of Mexico beaches and the popular Ginny’s and JaneE’s cafe. Just a few short blocks down the street you will find Pine Avenue which offers plenty of shopping, restaurants, and other activities for you to enjoy during your stay. Upon entering "North Shore" you are greeted by an open concept living room and kitchen. This space is great for entertaining the family and relaxing after a long day soaking in the sun on the beach. Cook your favorite meals in the fully equipped Kitchen, or light up the gas barbecue by the private pool and spa for a cookout with your family and friends. Just off the Open concept living room/kitchen you will find a Spacious Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Two more spacious and comfortable bedrooms with a shared full bathroom are located nearby. The bonus room which is just off the covered lanai is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa and a 3rd bathroom. Your family will enjoy get-togethers with all the shaded area in the screened Lanai, plus your own private pool and spa! Leave your car parked (2 spaces provided) - the town is very walkable, and our islands free trolley is only 1 short block away. "North Shore" offers all the goodies to make sure your vacation doesn't skip a beat. As always, we make sure you have the ability to stay connected on our free high-speed wireless internet! *Check in time is 4pm on the day of your arrival, Check out time is 10am on the day of your departure. No early access or late departure is allowed unless special arrangements are made with our office, Our cleaning and Inspection team need time to ensure the rental is clean and safe for your stay*

*A starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, coffee & tea, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided at check-in. Also available if requested, while supplies last, is a toothbrush and sewing kit. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.*

*Reservations that are 30 nights or longer will require a mid-stay clean, one of our rental agents will provide more information at the time of booking.

*Pools are heated from approximately Thanksgiving to Easter only and are set no higher than 80 degrees. Spa temperatures default to the pool temperature when not in use and are able to reach 100 Degrees under normal weather circumstances. During colder weather, we cannot guarantee that the pool/spa can be maintained to that degree. No refunds, credits or discounts will be offered if the pool/spa temperature cannot be maintained due to unusually cold weather*...
