Séjournez dans les dunes des Caraïbes situées dans le charmant quartier de Crystal Beach à Destin, en Floride. Une escapade romantique parfaite ou des vacances en famille idéales ou une retraite tranquille des snowbirds.

Notre condo est situé au rez-de-chaussée juste en face de Crystal Beach! Des trottoirs bordent les rues de notre communauté balnéaire, parfaits pour les courses matinales, les balades à vélo ou les promenades tranquilles. Notre communauté de plage est idéalement située à cÎté d'un magasin qui loue des vélos, des kayaks et des scooters. Camille est également un excellent restaurant à cÎté ... idéal pour un dßner romantique et ils ont de la musique en plein air en direct le soir! Destin Commons est à distance de marche pour les repas en famille et le shopping. Publix et Walgreens sont idéalement situés en face de Destin Commons pour un accÚs rapide à l'épicerie ou à la pharmacie. Il y a aussi les Silver Sands Premium Outlets, à 5-10 minutes en voiture, si vous avez besoin d'une pause de la plage et que vous avez envie de faire du shopping dans les magasins d'usine ... i. e., un SI vous voulez faire une pause de la plage!

Pour des activités amusantes en famille, le parc aquatique et d'aventure de Big Kahuna, la piste et d'autres minigolfs sont également à 5-10 minutes! Il y a tellement d'options à choisir.

Et si vous voulez simplement vous détendre, vous pouvez vous asseoir sur la terrasse et profiter d'un verre de vin ou d'un café avec un bon livre. Ou vous pouvez simplement décider de marcher jusqu'à la plage et de passer du temps à la place.

Notre condo est trÚs bien entretenu, a de nombreuses fonctionnalités mises à jour, comme le carrelage, les luminaires et la peinture, pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns. Il y a un lit queen dans la chambre, deux lits superposés dans le couloir et un canapé-lit gigogne. Le condo peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à six personnes. Oh ouais, il y a aussi un jacuzzi dans la salle de bain. Il y a aussi une laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité. Nous avons augmenté la vitesse d'Internet dans notre condo afin que vous ayez une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, Apple TV et Netflix !!

Ne pas fumer ni animaux dans l'unité. Veuillez noter que nous ne louons pas aux personnes de moins de 25 ans.

We loved the location, 3-minute walk to the beach, proximity to different restaurants and stores, quiet and beautiful neighborhood, secluded parking. The apartment was clean and well furnished, stocked with everything we needed, new appliances, the in-unit washer and dryer was very convenient. We had a a great stay and would come back!

Beautiful Condo

They just redid this condo and it's beautiful. The kitchen had everything you needed and I love that they had the basics like toilet paper and paper towels. It's a short walk to the beach and being on the first floor is great so you can just wheel your wagon and beach items right on your patio.

Had a great stay here. Condo was recently updated with new appliances and paint. It was very clean and comfortable. Very well stocked. Even supplied our shampoo,conditioner and body wash. Having our own washer and dryer was a great convenience also.

Great location

We had a wonderful time at the condo and in Destin. Condo is very clean and was easy to book and communicate with owners. Favorite thing is location of Caribbean dunes. Walking to beach and Camille’s for coffee. Can’t wait to return.

Perfect

The rental was very clean and had everything we needed. I tend to overpack and I didn't need any of it. The rental was such a short walk to the beach my kids didn't even complain! It really was the perfect location since you're so close to the beach without having the beachfront price tag and you're just a couple minutes away from shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

Location was perfect, loved being right across from the pool and a short distance from the beach. Owner was just a text away. Loved having all the extras in the kitchen cabinets and in the bathroom.

Husband and I went down for a short but much needed vacation. Angela was great to work with. The property was exactly as advertised. The best thing was the 1 block walk to the beach. The only downside was something Angela couldn’t control and that was the people in the place above us. Sounded like they were jumping off beds every evening. 😉 Angela and Tom assured the place had all the amenities. We would definitely stay again and wished we could have stayed longer on this trip.

Everything we needed was available in the rental. We enjoyed the pool and the cafe that was close by. Beach access was a 2 minute walk. We would recommend!

The condo was in a great location. It was also the best stocked condo I have ever stayed in.

I can't say enough good things about this rental. My friends stayed in the same condo directly above us and it was not nearly as well stocked as our condo was. We went to Publix and bought some essentials for our stay and didn't even need them. The owners are super responsive. The location is great and the price can't be beat.

Great location and condo

Just rented for a quick get away just me and the wife. This is a nice condo just across the street from the beach and a short drive to downtown Destin. The owners are quick to respond and nice. The condo had everything we needed and was well stocked with basic supplies and clean. Hope to come back again sometime!

Another fun Destin trip!

Wow! Loved this unit! Updated... Very tastefully decorated! Beachy without having the usual beach look. Well stocked with basics. Very comfy beds! Easy beach access at the pavilion. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, Boogie board and kids sand bucket and sand toys in the condo for guest use. Definitely will stay here again!

Fall Beach Vacation

Overall the property was as listed. Very clean and in a great location. It is located right on scenic 98. Very little traffic for "at the beach". Great for young children and getting around on foot. Highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful Location

This condo is in a great location. The check in process was easy and allowed social distancing. The condo is a good size for a family. It is fully stocked and very comfortable. The owners are very helpful and quick responders. The only thing I noticed needing some assistance was, the bunk beds have a wooden area that was dusty and the bedroom ceiling fan was dusty. These were very small issues due to all the positives of the condo. We have stayed at other condos in this building and this one meet our family's vacation needs the best . I would definitely stay here again and we will recommend this property to others.
