One of Isle of Palms Best! Sea Cabin 342C is a renovated top-level villa w/ oceanfront view & community pool/pier
Whether you are looking for sand and fun, or a recharging getaway, this on-the-beach SeaCabin Villa is your sublime base away from home.
Completely refurbished in 2025, this third floor condo enjoys a balcony with amazing ocean/beach views that can include dolphins, pelicans, turtles, and shrimp boats.
You'll enjoy being mere steps from the beach at the Sea Cabin Villas. Stroll down Ocean and Palm Boulevard to find all sorts of beachy cafes, eateries, shops, and a major grocery store. Lay on the beach, fly a kite, picnic, rent a paddle-board or book a charter at the IOP marina.
Your condo has two new couches (one a convertible queen sofa bed), and queen mattress, new smart TVs, and total new HVAC system and water heater, and (as requested) black out curtains in the bedroom. There is also single bed, perfect for a child. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances including a dishwasher. And the complex has its own fishing pier, community pool, and laundry center. (Be aware that there is no elevator servicing the complex)
Travel down the road to Sullivanâs island for more amazing restaurants and after-dinner sweet treats.
In neighboring Charleston, take a walk along the Battery Seawall, a carriage ride, or a tour of the old Exchange and Provost Dungeon. Donât miss Kaminskyâs Dessert Cafe on Market Street.
And finally for sports fans, see the Charleston RiverDogs, a minor league team and the Single-A affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays; for a game (they play April through August).
