Heraklion visit

We really enjoyed our stay. There was a traditional Greek show right across the street which we were able to watch from the balcony while eating dinner.

The property is beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos. The location is great, close to a mall, eating places, movie theater, pharmacy. The underground garage was an extra plus for us as we had rented a car. The amenities inside the apartment were top notch and the apartment was very tastefully decorated. The view from the apartment and the balcony was breathtaking. The shower was perfect with the right amount of water pressure. Overall, I would definitely rate this place 5 star and recommend to all.

Amazing place!

Eva's place is awesome! The house was even more than pictures offered and its amazing view to the sea is still unforgettable! Lots of luxury and expensive touches inside and an ideal location to explore the town near lots of places to eat and shop! I very much doubt if we could have found anything better! I would happily recommend this place for couples and families looking for a luxury, clean and comfortable place to stay near the sea and the city center of Heraklion!

Family stay in Crete

We had a great stay in this lovey apartment with fabulous water views. It is a bit off the central area, but a short walk gets you to many restaurants. The secure parking was a huge help. Eva and her daughter were great hosts.

The perfect apartment!

The apartment was stunning, the views amazing, the neighborhood was a bit on the gritty side... but a short 15-20 min walk led to an amazing area full of great dining, shopping & things to do/places to visit.

Beautiful, well appointed apartment overlooking the Aegean.

Accommodations were lovely and had everything we needed for the trip. Access and parking arrangements were easy to understand.The view cannot be beat. 20 minute walk to Port. The only thing that was a surprise was that only one of our two bathrooms had a shower.

Very nice apartment with laundry machine and beach towels. AC was great, and the balcony wonderful. If you take the wrong elevator from parking garage you may meet a very angry women threatening to call police

What a View!!

We stayed in Heraklion for 3 nights in this beautifully appointed, very clean 2 bed/2 bathroom apt. Eva was more than accommodating and check in was a breeze! Although it sits in a multi-use neighborhood it’s so easy to get to everything. We felt safe and a quick 15 minute walk puts you in the heart of Heraklion city center where food and shopping abound! And the view... it is worth a million!

Modern and swank

The balcony and view of the Aegean is gorgeous but the beautiful comfy deck furniture makes it even better. A spacious, comfortable, but city experience all around. And when I left all my toiletries in Chania, the pharmacy next door was convenient. Walkable to restaurants, Old Town, Venetian Walls and along the waterfront. A bit out of the tourist area which we liked and unlike anyplace we had ever stayed before.

Beautiful condo

Loved the condo it's gorgeous. Eva is a great host. Everything is provided. Very clean. Yummies were waiting for us. Loved just sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. Central location if renting a car because you can go East or West. Short walk to museums and ruins. Would definitely rent from Eva again and definitely recommend the place!

Great location to explore Crete

We stayed 3 nights. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers aged 16 and 19). There is one full bath and one half bath. The balcony overlooks the sea and it was nice to sit out on the balcony. The apartment is located to Talos shopping center which is one block away and has several restaurants. After a day of exploring it was nice to order take away and relax in our apartment.There is a larger supermarket about 3 blocks away which we stocked up on water and fruit and breakfast items. The location was great as we could walk to the National Archaelologic Museum in 10 to 15 minutes, and explore Heraklion. The location is central in Crete so we were able to drive East to Agios Nikolaos as well as South to Matala Beach. There is a parking space in the garage which is nice to have but it is narrow as noted in previous reviews.

First class experiance!

The house had everything you could ask for and more! Eva was an amazing host, always quick to respond to communication, she made sure we knew everything we needed to know to make the most of our stay when she greeted us upon arrival! Ideal for design lovers and private living, gives you a piece of luxury in a unique location near city center! The view from the balcony is breathtaking, you can even see Koules fortress! This absolutely exceeded all our expectations! Thank you Eva for this first class experience!
