Upon entering through the charming front gate, walk up the stairs and step inside to feel right at home within the welcoming living space. Here you can relax on the plush lounge after a day at the beach and take advantage of the access to streaming apps on the smart tv keeping everyone entertained.



The galley-style kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, including a convenient serve-through window that opens out to the breakfast bar and the stylish dining table.



For those who prefer to dine out, you’ll find happening bars, cafes, and restaurants all right outside your door along Mission Beach Boulevard.



Retreat to one of three generously sized bedrooms within the townhouse with each offering luxurious beds topped in soft hotel-grade linens along with large closets and dressers for you to unpack and make yourself at home.



The beautiful bedroom one features a comfortable queen bed in sage and yellow, bedroom two is filled with a luxuriously large king bed while bedroom three is perfect for families with a queen and a custom bunk bed built right into the wall.

Guests have private access to the entire townhouse and sunny front patio (shared with next door) as well as free Wi-Fi with access to streaming apps on the TV, free parking, complimentary coffee and access to a washing machine and dryer in the laundry.

When location is everything, this gorgeous Mission bay townhouse delivers being right in the heart of it all with the bay on one side and the white sandy beach on the other. Your hardest decision of the day will be where to walk to next!



Enjoy a night out with countless bars, cafes and restaurants just steps from your door along Mission Beach Boulevard or spend your day at Belmont Park and ride the Giant Dipper or the Octotron all just a 20 minute walk away.



Surrounding the home you have a handful of restaurants, cafes, Ralphs Supermarket and the popular Promenade Shopping Mall where you can stock up on beachwear, order a morning smoothie, stop in at the beachside beer garden or one of the tasting rooms for when you’ve earned a drink.



Visit the largest water park of its kind in the world, Mission Bay Aquatic Park, which offers everything from kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding to water skiing, sailing, kite surfing and everything in between. Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by car or by bus with the closest stop a 2 minute walk right on Mission Blvd.

When you visit San Diego, you can’t miss the bright-red trolleys transporting people all over the city. This iconic is a great way to see the city with 3 different lines (blue, green, and orange) that cover approximately 50+ miles.



Or if you want to see the city at your own pace, look out for the on-demand electric scooters and bikes that are just an app away and located all around the area.
