Cette magnifique maison de ville contemporaine est l’un des bĂątiments les plus rĂ©cents de South Mission Beach. Construit Ă  partir de la base en 2014 avec toutes les commoditĂ©s modernes et extras. Vous allez adorer ici!

Il dispose de 2 cheminĂ©es (une dans la chambre) et de 3 ponts avec des vues sur l'ocĂ©an et de superbes vues sur la baie avec les mĂąts de voiliers prolongeant vos rĂȘves Ă©veillĂ©s. Il y a 6 puits de lumiĂšre et ventilateurs de plafond Ă©clairĂ©s dans chaque chambre.

Literie: 2 des lits sont des reines et la troisiÚme chambre a un roi CA. Le canapé dans le salon peut accueillir 2 personnes. J'ai aussi un matelas gonflable queen si vous en avez besoin.

Rappel - 3 salles de bain ne disputent pas. Pourquoi regrouper 10 personnes dans un espace de 2 salles de bain? Rappelez-vous l'été dernier. . . . .

La maison entiÚre est à vous et vient avec 2 places de parking (une dans le garage et une place couverte derriÚre). Les vélos et les chaises de plage sont inclus

Toutes les villes de plage ne sont pas créées égales. South Mission Beach (S'Mish) est le meilleur des meilleurs. C'est essentiellement le plus grand cul-de-sac de San Diego. Pourquoi resterais-tu ailleurs? ;-)

Great rental very conveniently close to everything The host had several things for us body wash shampoo laundry soap and beach towels several streaming channels minutes to the beach!!! Great large shower in primary’s suite and one bed and bath on main floor for my 75 year mom so she only had to go one flight of stairs overall great place I would stay there again !!! Didn’t want to leave 
 til next time

The location is amazing and the owner was easy to communicate with. I would strongly recommend for your stay. Be aware of planes taking off, but this is anywhere on Mission Beach.

Great location and plenty of amenities!!!! I visited with my 11 and 16 year olds and it felt very comfortable. Loved the washer and dryer. Host is super responsive and accommodating. Very clean and organized. This place could easily host and entertain several people.

Fantastic Stay!!

Great property, came as advertised! Very spacious, clean, and well stocked. Hosts were extremely accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. BBQ/ Traeger/ Fire Table/ TV is an amazing outdoor setup! Would definitely stay here again, thanks Justin and Jessica!

Short stay made great

Great location. No surprises. Perfect layout for three adults. Kitchen well-equipped and well-organized with labeled drawers making finding things easy. Check-in and check-out way easy. Honda Accord fit exactly in carport - would not recommend parking anything longer as you would hang over the red line. Next time we stay in the area, this unit’s availability will be the first thing I check.

Family vacation

I took a family vacation for the Labor Day weekend which was also my daughters birthday. The house was clean, came with everything we needed. location was close to the beach, the owner was super helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

A beachy stay

We enjoyed our stay and how close it is to the beach. The house is a great size. For others planning to stay note there is not a k cup coffee maker and the parking spot is really tight. The car I had was difficult to get into the spot so rent a small car otherwise you have to park on the street. We enjoyed the location and place. We would stay again and would recommend it.

Perfect vacation with kids

The house is spacious and comfortably furnished, but what made it really enjoyable for us is the proximity of the beach. The bay side is calm and is an excellent place for small children to play and the ocean side with the waves is just as close. We really appreciated the availability of a variety of “beach stuff”, including a tent for shade, a wagon for hauling things etc. Other San Diego attractions are also within easy reach

Great house, helpful hosts, convenient location!

Justin and Jessica’s communication was fantastic throughout the stay! They were always quick to reply, helpful, and friendly. The house is much newer than most in Mission Beach and is really nicely appointed. Having three bathrooms was so convenient. Lots of beach supplies and both the beach and bay are a short walk. Want to stay again!

Great location and stay

Family get together with 3 couples. This home was everything we wanted - well stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable beds, nice layout, giving with each bedroom spaced for privacy. Close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, bars, and activities. Communication from host prompt and friendly. Will definitely book again in the future!

Because is in the Mission Beach peninsula and steps from both the Bay and the Beach. Very central located with plenty of options of places to walk to. And you will be able to see the most beautiful sunset every day, and if you get lucky even the San Diego famous Green Flash!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This place has 'wow' factor. I love that you can see the sunset from one of the bedrooms and the sunrise from the other one. And I love the 3 different decks, the layout of the patio, the enormous shower and the super modern and spacious kitchen and living room!
