The place definitely embodied the Miami Vice vibe. Check in was easy and the place was clean. Everything was as described in the listing.Would definitwly recommend and would stay there again.

Very nice place! super lit up with cool colored lights and a great balcony! little pricey but very wroth it considering the location cant be beat!

The property has a beautiful view of the water. It’s walking distance to places to eat and shop. The host was very quick to respond. The property wasn’t as clean as I expected, there was makeup on the walls, the bedding had stains and there was hair everywhere. The property could use a deep cleaning.

This was a great location, and nice accomodations. Steven was prompt with communications however, the advertised led lights were faulty and the master shower does not drain properly creating a concern of overflow - the former was no big deal the latter a big concern. We were only in the place for one full day over two nights and Steven indicated he was getting maintenance to address all concerns. Once remedied a 5 star review is definitely warranted.

GLOWS: Right in the heart of Brickell, lots of places within walking distance - highly recommend "crazy About You" diagonally across from the building - went there twice - dinner, snacks and drinks, layout of apartment was great; response from host was within minutes when needed, plenty of linens, and a BEAUTIFUL VIEW from wrap around porch, clean, very polite and helpful staff in lobby.GROWS: 2 plastic seats on porch just didn't cut it; would have appreciated a "welcome book" often found in many other VRBO rentals telling about TV, AC, specialty light fixtures; washer/dryer, etc.; the floor tiles throughout the apartment were coming up; not all the specialty "lighting worked.

The location is great with spectacular views and a very large wrap around balcony. The unit could use some deep cleaning (makeup on the headboard and walls, hair clumps on the floor) and aesthetic upgrades (burned out lightbulbs, peeling floor and wallpaper) and our AC unit was broken all weekend. The pool is a fun hangout and there is onsite parking.

Unfortunately, the AC system malfunctioned during your visit, but we are happy to share that the issue has since been fully resolved with a complete repair.
