The Space:

Located in a small beachfront community in the luxurious seaside town of Belleair Beach, this beach-view condo is truly a gem. Close to your stay, you'll discover easy access to Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve, Dunedin Golf Club, and Ruth Eckerd Hall. Rest assured that when hunger strikes - food options are plentiful! And shopping is abundant.



Back at your stay, comfort is key! The main living room has been adorned with colorful, plush furniture, playful knick-knacks, and a large TV. Relax here as the chef of your family cooks up something delicious in the kitchen. Here, the stainless steel appliances, ample meal prep space, and breakfast bar can be utilized to your heart's content.



Each of the three bedrooms in this retreat is bright, bubbly, and beautiful. Lounge in bed while tuning into your favorite movie, or catch a cat's nap under the cool air of the central air-conditioning. During all of this, you can wash your clothes and swimsuits in the shared laundry room.



Outside, find yourself relaxing on the balcony, patio, or sitting poolside by the community pool. Mornings can begin with peaceful walks down to the beach, where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean.

The home was in good condition. The floor seemed a little dirty, there was food from a previous guest under the couch. Maybe they need to speak with their cleaning service.

This is a great place to stay. well managed and cared for. Excellent amenities. There is only one full parking spot however with tandem option(one car behind another). Small inconvenience otherwise fantastic place well worth it.

Excellent Location!

This place was amazing. The property was right on the beach. There was great restaurants to choose from and the neighborhood was very nice. The pool was an added bonus…very clean and just a few steps from the home!

Great location - very comfortable

The house looks exactly like the pictures. The location was great, it was right next to a beach access. The bedrooms were spacious and I liked how there were two AC stystems, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. The house had everything you needed plus lots of amenities, including board games! Pleasant area and the outside balcony was great. Great views and quiet area.

Perfect, quiet, family getaway.

Perfect family getaway for a week. We were at home in this condo, we could have stayed for a month. It was great. Very spacious layout, everything we needed at our fingertips. Hot water for showers for five people was slim, we felt like we had to space out times when we showered because the hot water would run out. Overall, we loved this place and would absolutely book it again.

Cute condo 1 min walk to beach

This condo was actually a stand alone home right off the main road. It was very easy to access and not super busy like up in Clearwater. Once inside it had everything we needed. It was like home. Very cute decor and the couches were amazingly comfy. It took us one min to walk to the beach. It was perfect being that close, if we forgot something you could run back to the house. The view from the upper balcony was perfect for our morning coffee and chats. My husband and friends decided we’re coming back next year to this condo.

Overall, a great place. Would have liked to have known that there was a coin operated laundry available, could have brought change with us. We had a an infant along and we were washing about every other day. All the other homes we have stayed at were not coin operated. The house was clean, I like the fact that there were 2 thermostats in the house, my family liked it a bit warmer and the other family cooler. We enjoyed the deck watching the ocean and saw dolphins daily. The beach area was not crowded and easy to get to. Pool was clean and at a great temperature. Overall, a great stay!!

Great beach location but….

Property was all that it was presented as - a great beach house with a fabulous location- only real sore spot was handling of late checkout request with Vacasa - inquired about late checkout- 4 hrs to 2PM at time rental was made. Told at the time we needed to check again one week before rental began. Did just that & was informed we could get the 2PM checkout for a nominal additional fee - great news - ran charge on credit card & off we go - informed others in our party and made plans accordingly - day later, get a voicemail from Vacasa that they now could NOT offer late checkout - finally after getting absolutely no where with the Vacasa contacts - btw why were we dealing with Vacasa when rental was arranged there VRBO???? I get some”manager” who was totally inflexible & at best could offer just a 10% reduction on our next rental ?? No compromise, maybe a 12 noon rental instead of 2 - told it was a big house & needed all hours to clean before next rental - first of all while the rental is very nice it hardly qualifies as “big” - just walk south down the beach to see BIG houses- all in all just puts a sour taste in your mouth & for absolutely no reason when we did as they asked then they reneged on a charge agreed to - poor, very poor The $100 credit was hardly worth the aggravation & change in plans that resulted
