An amazing Key West style beach bungalow retreat 20 steps to the Shore. The bungalow is located on the third row of houses with direct access to the beach.
5-Star bright and spacious PRIVATE beach Key West style beach bungalow retreat perfect for enjoying and experience all that Belleair Beach has to offer. This unique space is great for a family that wants to spend a quality stay at the center of Belleair and Clearwater Beach.

The Space:
Feel like home at our gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bath home in the heart of Belleair Beach. Two bedrooms two bathrooms. The house has everything one could ever want. Beach bungalow merges historical beach artifacts and modern amenities/design. Total space is roughly 1,100 square feet. Newly renovated in 2024. This beach house is something you don t want to miss out on!!
The bungalow has recently been updated 2024 to include all new furniture, flooring, linens, paint, housewares and décor. As you enter this home, you will encounter the open floor plan kitchen, dining room, living room and Master bedroom. A huge front patio spans the entire length of the home, featuring a relaxing outdoor furniture. The sunsets are amazing!!

Guest Access:
We are a phone or text away. Owner personally manage this property and have the highest degree of hospitality. We own 5 properties with more than 200 five star reviews.

The Neighborhood:
Belleair Beach. Lay of the Land: Park at the Beach Access points of this gulf-front community and you will find 4,500 feet of a very secluded white sand shoreline surrounded by some of the most impressive waterfront homes on the West Coast of Florida.

Getting Around:
Enjoy several amazing restaurants at very close distance. There is also a park that has two playgrounds, two tennis courts, a basketball court and a little league baseball field!

Other Things to Note:
This home also comes with a washer and dryer as well as a storage closet full of beach toys, etc. There is also free Wi-Fi internet access with the bungalow.

Overriding best asset of this property is direct access to the beautiful beach right on the Gulf - plenty of quality beach chairs & towels a big plus - did not really do much cooking but all the supplies are available if needed- main BR very roomy - nice walk -in shower- master bed a bit more cushy than we’d like but often times this happens on these type rentals - 2nd BR set-up a bit awkward- not sure photo was accurate- just be aware- having the great weather we had during our spot was a bonus-

Perfect getaway!!

This was a great place! Everything was renovated and clean. It had EVERYTHING we needed for our stay at the beach! The living and dining areas were nice and open. Master room was AMAZING! Just an overall wonderful place to stay. We will DEFINITELY be back!!

What a beautiful beach bungalow. It was so pretty, quiet beach and a relaxing vibe. We know the area well as lived there for a few years so it was located close to restaurants and the bridges to Belleair and Clearwater Beach.

Beach Vacation

Fantastic place for a beach vacation with kids. Away from the really busy beaches North and South. Nice beach and the house is literally steps away which makes going back and forth with kids really convenient. The house itself is beautiful, functional and well decorated. Closet with beach toys, wagon, and chairs was really handy.

Great family vacation

The beach was so private and the water was amazing. The house was beautiful. So beautifully decorated. It was just what we needed and we will have to come back. The bed was completely which almost never happens and the shower in the Master was great. This place was really great.

Steps to the beach!

This cute and cozy cottage has everything you need. It’s updated with beautiful decor. It’s just steps to the beach. The host, George, did an awesome job at giving me a list of recommendations before my check-in. My family and I had an amazing time with our stay and will definitely return if we’re visiting the area again. I highly recommend this place!

Beach Get away

A piece of paradise

The beach house was perfect! We could walk to the beach almost straight out of the door.. the beach was almost private.. Super convenient & I loved the storage shed w everything we would need to play on the beach/ocean! Perfect for the 3 of us! We eat healthy so we brought foods from home & cooked healthy Lean & greens. Thank you for an amazing week!

Beautiful sunsets

It was a comfortable place. Too many decorations, a cleaner look would have served the property well. First time for me of not being beach front and I truly missed the ability to see the coast at all times. Great area as far as things to do((parks, botanical gardens, good restaurants and walking sidewalks).

House is back and better after the storms!

We (my wife and I and our 2 teenage kids) stayed here in early November 2024. Apparently the house had been damaged during the recent hurricanes which hit the area. However, the owner's did an amazing job getting the house fixed up...you could not even tell there had been any damage to the inside of the house! Everything was perfect. My wife and I enjoyed the large master BR and the kids loved their own space with separate beds in the other BR. The main area consisting of the kitchen, dining room, and living room were so well laid out and decorated! The surrounding houses were still being repaired and there were obvious signs that the entire area still had a way to go to get back to the pre-storm conditions (piles of sand and debris were being picked up by the city work crews). All the workers seemed to be working hard to get back to normal again. Many of the local stores were open and operating normally as were many of the restaurants we saw as we were driving around. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again!

Fabulous Beach House!

I can't say enough about this place. I brought my 2 daughters, 14 and 12, for a volleyball tournament so needed a place to relax with easy access to the beach and all local spots. This was the perfect location and literally steps to the beach. In addition, it was like out of a catalog, clean and very well appointed. We plan to return! Would highly recommend!!

Hidden gem tucked away in the PERFECT location!

Every aspect of our stay was fantastic and perfect for our young family. George is a great host. House is clean, well maintained and well stocked. We had not expected the property to provide beach equipment (chairs, bogey board, buckets, etc.) and was pleasantly surprised to discover an entire storage closet full of supplies.

Incredible everything

What an incredible stay! The house, the beach, the neighborhood, everything- our whole vacation was top notch. We are already discussing our return next summer, you will not be disappointed with anything Susi & George have to offer.
