Everything was great with host. He gets 6 stars. Property's very noisy. Pool was extremely dirty.

Neighborhood wasn’t family friendly. Block parties with enough weed smoke to get a contact high loud music all the while hanging out by our car. Overwhelming strong order of mold to the point we left after two nights. Questioning Vrbo’s standards.

I suppose the factors that weren't related to the landlord were also terrible, since you left a terrible rating for everything. I think you failed to mention the cleanliness, the standard of the property's interior, and how poorly you were treated by the landlord. There's something called quality and price, and for next time, we recommend that you look for a better price and make sure to find something that meets your standards. We have properties north of Austin where a one-bedroom apartment costs twice as much as this one. I'm telling you, someone looking for good prices isn't looking for quality, because quality, comfort, and peace of mind are priceless, ma'am.

Even though the apartment was clean, it smelled very strongly of smoke. There was an abundance of people lingering outside the apartment and near the cars partying/smoking/drinking. Not necessarily a family friendly complex. I cancelled my stay due to this and stayed at a hotel in Austin (received partial refund).
