Located within walking distance of the beach, this fully-renovated, single-level home is ready to host you and your group on Hatteras Island. You'll find plenty of contemporary comforts and updated features throughout this charming getaway including a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to brew up your morning coffee or prepare full-course dinners. Dine together or play a few rainy day board games at the adjacent table for four and then relax in the living area with matching sofas.

Additional amenities include central air conditioning, high-speed internet access, a spacious front deck, and a fish-cleaning station.

Located near the Rodanthe Beach Access which was nice. House was clean and updated. Master bedroom shower is fantastic! Comfortable bed. A great place to stay on Hatteras Island.

Enjoyable stay

Our family of 8 was very comfortable here, great location in a less crowded area of the outer banks. About a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive to beach access.

House very clean and recent, nice renovations. Kitchen was adequately equipped. Internet strength very good and consistent. Large yard was nice for walking the dogs (on a leash). Welcome package with soap, dish and clothes washing detergent was much appreciated.Disappointments included the fence not being secured around yard perimeter so dogs could run the large yard on their own without worry of running off onto busy NC12. Required us leashing the dogs while outside. The family room couch and love seat need to be replaced - extremely uncomfortable and showing excessive wear. Seemed a bit overpriced but I was paying a daily rate and not a weekly rate. Overall, enjoyed the stay and would recommend to others seeking similar accommodations.

Nice place

Very nice home. We enjoyed it even though our stay was during the tropical storm. Our kids and pups loved the fenced in yard with hammocks. Also was Walking distance to the beach.

We absolutely loved this house. It was cozy and close to the beach. It’s a little further south than we have stayed before but it was still close enough to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend this place and also Vacasa! They were wonderful to work with.

Summer at the Sea

Beautiful house, beautiful property! It was clean, had everything we needed. Theres 2 outdoor showers and 2 hammocks in the huge backyard. Great relaxing weekend. We will be back for sure.

Great stay!

I frequently rent on Hatteras Island to visit my daughter and son-in-law and grandbabies who live on the Island. I will definitely be back to this one ! Very clean, GREAT yard for playing with the kids as well as pups. Has everything you could need for cooking for the family. Glad to have found this one !

Perfect Beach House

We loved the location - 10min walk to the beach, and 10min walk to REAL Watersports (rentals, food, shopping). The house was dog friendly, had a big lawn, 2 outdoor showers, washer/dryer, and renovated interior. Only issue we had was that we were given the wrong door entry code.

Great Place

This rental was EXTREMELY nice. It appears to have been recently remodeled, and is adorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend this home. The one and only issue we had, was getting the code to open the door upon arrival. We had to try a few different codes, but did eventually get in.

The kitchen was nice as was the outdoor showers. Otherwise I would never rent from Vascasa again. Notified the company of concerns with cleanliness and safety, no one ever showed up to address. No thanks, don’t recommend

Small Family Getaway

The location was fine, the property served its purpose…. Cockroaches though…. I suppose it is the south so not sure how common that is? Additionally it felt like the floors were not very clean…. And we had sand in our bed so…. That was interesting. Other than that, the location and pricing was great.
