New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

This 1BR waterfront condo boasts a prime downtown location and a covered private balcony with views of the Cape Fear River, Cape Fear Memorial Bridge, and the Battleship North Carolina. After sunny days at Wrightsville Beach, walk just steps to an abundance of local shops and restaurants along the water.

Please note that Wilmington is undergoing improvements and street construction is happening in front of the building. (The street is currently closed.)

The open living area features plush furnishings and a 42 wall-mounted TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the convenient kitchen, then dine together at the table set for 2.

BED & BATH

This second-story condo sleeps two guests in one bedroom, furnished with a comfortable queen bed and 32 TV.

The sparkling bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Located just off the Cape Fear River in downtown Wilmington, this condo has a prime location for exploring the best of the city on foot. Wrightsville Beach is just an easy 10-mile drive away.

Local attractions include the Burgwin-Wright Museum and Gardens, Thalian Hall, the Brooklyn Arts Center, the Bellamy Mansion Museum, and the Cape Fear Museum of History and Science.

Nice quiet area and the property was clean. The view was great, the battleship was directly across from the property. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Hope to be able to rent the same room again.

Location was perfect! The air conditioner was located in the bedroom and was extremely loud. The bedding and pillows could use an upgrade. Over all it a good place to crash after a long day out.

Great stay on Riverwalk in Wilmington, NC

Great view of the Cape Fear River and the USS-NC Battleship floating museum from our room and balcony! In a vibrant area of historical Wilmington, NC...close to beach, museums, great restaurants, and more. Room was in nice condition...good price for accommodations and area. We had a nice time and were quite pleased!

This condo was perfect for my visit to Wilmington. I liked being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view and people watch. I wish there was onsite parking as the deck recommended is costly. The kitchen is adequate, but a Keurig would be nice. All in all, the stay was great and I would recommend.

Great room, great locaction, great view!

The title sums it up! Very comfortable accomodations...surprisingly spacious. Sitting on the balcony and seeing the Cape Fear River in your immediate view and seeing the USS-NC Battleship directly in front of you...amazing. Great location...so much to do nearby. Great deal. I'm so glad we stayed here!

Perfect weekend getaway!

The room was incredibly convenient and equipped for a weekend visit to attend the Battleship Mini marathon. The condo provided a comfortable place to relax & be able have breakfast before a day of activities. Perfect location!

It was a great property, location was ideal and access was easy yet secure. The only draw back was how loud the ac return was within the bedroom. It would startle you awake at night and made it impossible to hear the tv at night.

Perfect casual getaway

This place was beautiful! You honestly cannot beat the location and the water view was stunning! The place itself was spotless and extremely comfortable. Yes, the bedroom AC was loud as some other reviews have said, but completely manageable and didn’t bother us at all. Would high recommend staying here!

Couldn’t be better!

Everything about the stay was amazing. The property is in the perfect location. I got to see a beautiful sunset right through the living room every night! Most necessities were provided for my stay. The only negative was not being able to park in the lot and having to pay for it either in a lot of on the street.

We loved the condo, the location and the view. We will definitely stay here again. I did read the description describing road construction out front. That is no longer the case.
