The best part of this house was definitely the view. The house is older and could use some updating, and there was a noticeable mildew smell along with some visible wear throughout the property.One thing to be aware of is the location. The property sits directly where the beach access and parking area are located, so the beach was quite crowded during the day and there was a fair amount of noise at night.

Perfect location with private beach access. Easy check in process. Original key code didn’t work to enter, however within 5 minutes of reaching out a new code was sent. Excellent customer service! Would definitely rebook this listing in the future!

Great getaway

We were so pleased with the Queen B. The check in process was so simple. The house was clean upon arrival and the location was great. We will definitely be back for another visit!

Perfect house for small family!

The house was very clean and the sheets were on the beds when we arrived. It's the perfect space for 4 people and the location cannot be beat!

I’ve come to Holden Beach about 10 times over 40 years and this is the best house I ever had. Clean, well equipped, and well located.

Had a great time.

Loved that it was so close to the beach. Enjoyed the rocking chairs on the back deck. The house was decorated very well. Loved the king sized bed. Will definitely be back again.

Perfect family getaway home

This was such a great home for our family of 5. Loved the layout, the decor and the windows on the ocean view side and covered porch were fabulous. Beach was so close to the house it was easy to get all our stuff to the ocean. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and linens. Loved our stay and will be back!

Girls weekend

Me my daughter, sister and granddaughter enjoyed a wonderful relaxing weekend together. The house and weather were perfect. Definitely will be renting here again.

Location!!!

This was the perfect little beach place for our family of 3 for a long weekend! Best location on the island! Home was very clean, beautifully decorated and very spacious for a 2 bedroom. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was very convenient! Will definitely be renting this home again and have already recommended to family and friends!

Great place!

Stayed here for two weeks and it was great! I had concerns about being so close to the public access and public parking behind the house. That had very little influence on things. I'm super picky and private and it really didn't bother me much at all. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach vacation!

Our family of 5 absolutely loved the coziness of this house. Not too small at all, just right for our family. The beach access has to be the best we’ve had in the area…I felt comfortable sitting on the deck and watching my husband and kids on the beach - I could see them easily and even talk to them from the deck if needed. We will be back!
