The Space:

The newest addition to our collection of great homes in Scottsdale. We call it the Oprah Winfrey, “everyone gets a bed!” This huge home with a guesthouse features 17 new beds (no bunk beds) with all new bedding and mattresses. You’ll experience complete privacy in an upscale neighborhood perfect for a memorable Scottsdale experience.



The home is conveniently located a quarter mile from the Loop 101. Only ten minutes to casinos, Old Town Scottsdale, and Diamondbacks spring training stadium and five minutes from The WMO & Barrett Jackson.

Your group will have an experience to talk about for years to come.



THE INDOORS

The Blue Sky Oasis is perfect for large groups and families. With 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, this home sleeps 16 comfortably. The spacious floor plan is perfect for entertaining and provides plenty of independent space for everyone. Gather in the beautifully appointed kitchen and dining room or have a relaxing conversation in front of the fireplace. Or perhaps have some fun in the game room playing pool, ping-pong, and more. All the rooms are elegantly decorated and designed for maximum comfort.

THE OUTDOORS

Perhaps even better than the inside is the huge resort-style backyard. The yard features plenty of space with high-end lounge furniture for a luxurious vacation experience. You’ll love dining and entertaining in the fresh air with plentiful outdoor seating. Take a swim in the pool then round out your day with a game of volleyball, ping pong, or Jenga. Top it all off with a soak in the hot tub.

We do have members of our team who may visit the property during your stay. They include landscaping and pool maintenance crews. These visits can not be rescheduled or delayed.



The pool company visits the property on Wednesdays and Sundays between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm. The landscapers may arrive at the property on Monday / Friday between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm. Denying service will lead to potential loss of deposit and cancellation of reservation without refund.





*Check-out is at 11:00 am. Please note that outdoor staff arrives at 10:00 am to start with the exterior of the property.*



* One night stays are strictly limited to 8 people on the property at all times. No exceptions. All other reservations of two nights or more are allowed the MAXIMUM occupancy of 16 people on the property at any given time. Any amount over 16, not exceeding 20 must be approved by host prior to booking. Additional guests are $150 per night per person.



*For rates under $700 per night $50 fee for each additional guest over 8



**When you book the home, please note that a REFUNDABLE incidental security deposit is necessary. For non-Arizona residents the deposit is $1,500 and for Arizona residents it is $2,500. We'll send you the request after booking. Payment must be paid within 6 days before reservation arrival date. Failure to pay the incidental fee will lead to withholding the check-in code. Any applicable refunds will adhere to agreed-upon cancellation policy during booking.**

Other Things to Note:

Here are a few additional services our guests usually take advantage of along with the rates. Please submit any requests prior to check-in.



1. Early check-in when available: $450 (we block the night before)



2. Late check-out when available: $700



3. Pool heat: $150/night (2-night min) *Heated Spa/Jacuzzi is included with your reservation.



4. Daily housekeeping: $175 (2 hours) *Includes bathrooms, beds (sheet and towel change upon advance request for an additional fee), kitchen, and common living spaces. Please submit any special requests in advance.



5. Pet Cleaning and Deodorizing (25lb limit and dogs only) - $125 per pet for the duration of your stay, regardless of service animal status.



*We provide one Pack & Play and one high-chair.



The property includes three (3) propane tanks that will be filled before your arrival. Additional propane can be purchased at Home Depot at 9890 N 90th St Scottsdale, AZ 85258.



Interaction with Guests:

We will not be at the home during your stay. We will be available via phone/text/app anytime for any questions or concerns that you may have.
