The Space:

This house is centrally located with Indian Rocks Beach being 8 minutes away. Splash Harbour Water Park is only 10 minutes away. The world famous Clearwater Beach is only 20 minutes away. John's Pass is 25 minutes away. Gulfport & St Pete Beach are both 30 minutes away. Downtown St Pete and Tampa are 35 minutes away. There is so much to see and do that you will never be bored. Your only issue is you may never want to leave the house.



Once you enter the home, you will fall in love with this beautiful, spacious, professionally furnished, modern beach villa featuring four bedrooms and two bathrooms.



The home is very spacious with a large living room as soon as your enter the home featuring a large TV, plenty of couch space and a pull out sleeper sofa. Continue straight and you will walk into a beautiful open living area featuring a large kitchen and a dining area featuring a kitchen table and coffee bar. Connected to this area is a game room featuring a convertible Pool table and Ping Pong table, along with a beautiful dining table. The pool table can also be converted to a additional dining table for extra seating or a perfect spot for family game night. There are plenty of board games and life size jenga provided as well!



The master bedroom features a comfortable King size bed and a very spacious private bathroom, with a curbless entry to a large shower with a bench to sit down and multiple shower heads. Just don't go in there when your in a rush as you may never want to get out. There is one other bedroom on the same side of the house with a queen bed and the additional two bedrooms are on the other side of the house and share a second bath. One of those bedrooms has a bunk bed with a full sized mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top. The other has a queen bed. All bedrooms have TVs!



Relax on the comfortable couch that has a comfortable sleeper sofa. Make sure to stop by the coffee/tea bar before heading out back to relax on the chairs that overlook the beautiful backyard. The open layout is perfect for family gatherings and dining. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve that perfect family meal! Enjoy family movie night on any of the large screen TVs or watch the game on the TV outside in the tiki bar while you root on your favorite team or take out cornhole or some provided board games to let loose and have some fun!



Out back, enjoy the lush landscape with many coconut palms, a mango tree among many other tropical trees and plants. The resort style backyard features a large tiki bar with a TV, BBQ grill, a lovely heated pool, lounge chairs, cornhole, a dining set and so much more more!



Once you’re settled in, make sure to check out the space in the garage, where there are beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, a wagon, outdoor games, floats for the pool and lots more!



We also provide beach/pool towels, linens, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cleaning products, sunscreen and so much more. If you are travelling with kids we also provide a pack and play.

We are available if ever needed, we have the best handyman in town and he is almost always readily available if anything is ever needed. We try to ensure any issues that may arise during your stay are resolved immediately ensuring you can always enjoy your stay!
