APOLLO Beachfront Condo ... Île de Marco

Ceci est un beau condo de bain 1 chambre 1 situé dans le condominium Apollo Beachfront. Il est à l'extrémité sud de l'île à 900 S. Collier Blvd. @ 3/4 au sud du Marriott. L'unité est située directement sur la plage et a une vue imprenable sur la plage et le golfe. Tout le mur ouest est une porte coulissante en verre. Que vous soyez assis dans le salon ou sur le balcon, la vue est spectaculaire. Vous êtes directement sur la plage et depuis le condo, vous avez un accès direct à la plage. Le condo a été mis à jour avec de nouveaux comptoirs en granit et armoires de cuisine. La chambre a un lit king-size et le canapé sort à un lit queen size. L'unité peut accueillir 4 personnes. Le condo est équipé d'une cuisine complète qui comprend cuisinière, four, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, vaisselle, casseroles, poêles, ustensiles, cafetière, mixeur, et bien plus encore. L'unité est équipée de deux téléviseurs à écran plat, un dans le salon et un dans la chambre. L'unité dispose également d'un lecteur DVD. Le condo est également livré avec tous les draps, serviettes de bain, serviettes de plage, chaises de plage, refroidisseur de plage, caddy de plage pour tout rouler à la plage, parasol et jouets de plage pour enfants (seaux, radeaux, nouilles, boogie boards). Certains équipements supplémentaires comprennent un sèche-cheveux et des jumelles. L'unité dispose d'un balcon avec table et chaises et les couchers de soleil sont incroyables. Le complexe de condo Apollo a une immense piscine, bain à remous, salle d'entraînement, un parking couvert, deux courts de tennis, et après la sécurité des heures. Le condo Apollo a également un excellent restaurant et un bar appelé le Sunset Grille. Le bar a été élu meilleur happy hour sur Marco Island, en Floride.

With access to the beach, and the sunset restaurant downstairs you may never need to leave. If you do leave, the covered parking was very nice to keep your car cool. Easy drive to anywhere on Marco island.

Excellent rental. Had everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay. Sunset view was spectacular! Staff was very nice. Great restaurants within walking distance. Would have given a 10/10 if not for the painting and renovations going on. The owner Dave was very accommodating and responsive. Would rent again.

Condo was as described. Came with a lot of amenities. Great view! Condo wasn't as clean as I would have liked (nothing major but needs a good dusting, found a cup under the bed, rug in living room did not look like it had been vacuumed) but not a dealbreaker.

This APOLLO beachfront condo was perfect in every way. Up to date, well maintained, and all the beach supplies you could possibly need. We experienced beautiful sunsets from our balcony as well as an early morning full moon casting light over the gulf. I highly recommend staying here! Dave was great to work with and so very accommodating in every way. I will be back!!!

Place was very nice and loved fact that so close to crossover so that my 89 yr old mother could go to the beach. Only 3 things wrong. Need hairdryer in both bathrooms, need a blanket for each bedroom and did not like the smart tvs. Prefer cable so you can watch real tv. Also i know you cant choose who stays above you but people that came in on sunday for the week above us were not mindful that someone was below them. Sounded like the ceiling was going to cave in when they were there because they walked or ran so hard.

Steve my renter said he did NOT write this review!!! He said 5 stars!! I was confused at the review...?   I asked if he left me the correct review and the right condo?     1.  Need hairdryer in both bathrooms??   My condo in the Apollo only has 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom.    2.  Need a blanket for each bedroom?   The condo only has one bedroom?   3.  Smart TVS...not much I can do about that but do agree with you on cable being better.  The association controls the cable TV and according to my kids in their 20's smart TVS are what every condo and everyone has these days.

Smell

Sliding door was really hard to get open And the place had a weird smell to it. Very weird smell but very noticeable mattress was old too. Very concaved. Like swallowed you up. Beautiful view though!

Have had nothing but 5 star reviews. These renters had trouble with TV, internet, sliding door, and now mattress?? Said they smelled refrigerant, there is no smell in refrigerant??

Marco Island is a great place to stay. Dave the owner of this Condo was great in every aspect. From Booking to Arriving , checked to make sure everything was going well I would highly recommend staying in Dave’s condo at the Apollo. 👍🏼

Cozy Condo

The location of the condo was great. Beautiful ocean and sunset view. Watching the dolphins swim while drinking morning coffee was spectacular. Getting to the beach was very easy and all beach gear, towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc... we're supplied by the condo owner. I would stay at this condo if I get to Marco Island again!

Beautiful Views

Our stay was outstanding. The unit is beachfront with incredible sunset views. Furnishings are comfortable and all the beach supplies we needed were provided. The property is well maintained and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Dave was extremely helpful providing information on local dining and entertainment and made himself accessible for any needs. We definitely recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed.

One week in paradise

First of all, the location is great! The condo was modesty furnished but very comfortable. The bathroom could use some updates. I loved that all the beach stuff (chairs, umbrella)were provided. Every time I looked out the sliding door, saw a few dolphins swim by!! Shelling was great especially because two nights some storm came through and washed tons of shells ashore! And if anybody is into Thai and Japanese cuisine, must check out “Thai Sushi By KJ”, and it’s 3 minutes drive from the condo! Check in and out was quick and easy, the lobby was very clean. Gym is small but clean. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time there and most definitely will return!

ADDITIONAL CONDO INFO:

This is a beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath condo located in the Apollo beachfront condominium. It is on the south end of the Island at 900 S. Collier Blvd. @ 3/4 south of the Marriott. Extra time is being spent cleaning the condo with disinfectant between renters. The unit is located directly on the beach and has a GREAT view of the beach and Gulf. The whole west wall is a sliding glass door. Whether you are sitting in the living room or on the balcony the view is spectacular. You are directly on the beach and from the condo you have direct beach access. The condo has been updated with new granite counter tops and kitchen cabinets. The bedroom has a king-size bed and the couch pulls out to a queen size sleeper. The unit will accommodate 4 people. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen that includes stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, blender, and lots more. The unit is equipped with two flat screen TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The unit also has a DVD player. The condo is also comes with all linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cooler, beach caddy to wheel everything to beach, beach umbrella, and kids beach toys (buckets, rafts, noodles, boogie boards). Some added amenities include hair dryer and binoculars. The unit has a balcony with table and chairs and the sunsets are amazing. The Apollo condo complex has a huge pool, whirlpool, workout room, covered parking, two tennis courts, and after hours security. The Apollo condo also has an excellent restaurant and bar called the Sunset Grille. The bar was voted best happy hour on Marco Island, Florida.

The APOLLO CONDO does have strong FREE Wireless Internet!!!
