Apollo Beachfront Condo.. quelle vue! 750 $ - 1900 $ sem. Quelle vue!

Ceci est un beau condo 1 chambre 1 salle de bain situé dans l'Apollo. Il se trouve à l'extrémité sud de l'île au 900, boulevard S. collier. environ. ¾ au sud du Marriott. L'unité est située directement sur la plage et a une vue magnifique sur la plage et le golfe. Tout le mur ouest est une porte coulissante en verre. Que vous soyez assis dans le salon ou sur le balcon, la vue est spectaculaire. Vous êtes directement sur la plage et du complexe avez un accès direct à la plage. La chambre a un lit king-size et le canapé se transforme en un lit queen-size. L'unité pourra accueillir 4 personnes. L'unité est équipée d'une cuisine complète qui comprend cuisinière, four, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, vaisselle, casseroles, poêles, ustensiles, cafetière, mixeur et bien plus encore. L'unité est équipée de 2 téléviseurs HD avec lecteur DVD, Internet sans fil GRATUIT, tous les draps, serviettes de bain, serviettes de plage, chaises de plage, glacière de plage, parasol et jouets de plage pour enfants (seaux, radeaux, nouilles, planches de boogie). Les tarifs à la semaine INCLUENT toutes vos taxes et nettoyage.


Certains équipements supplémentaires incluent un sèche-cheveux et des jumelles à utiliser pendant que vous êtes à Marco Island, en Floride. L'unité a un balcon avec table et chaises et les couchers de soleil sont incroyables. Le complexe de condos Apollo possède une immense piscine, un bain à remous, une salle d'entraînement, un parking couvert, deux courts de tennis et une sécurité après les heures de bureau. Le condo Apollo a également un excellent restaurant et bar appelé Sunset Grille. Le bar a été élu meilleur happy hour de Marco Island en Floride.

L'unité est une unité non-fumeur. Cette unité est disponible à la semaine ou au mois. Je loue toujours du samedi au samedi pour garder les locations fluides.

Loved the Apollo. Great location. Dave was a great owner, very responsive to any questions or concerns. I would rent again from him for sure. Condo had everything needed for a wonderful week of sun!

Mother/daughter get a way

Spent a sun -filled relaxing week here with my college aged daughters. Amazing views of the sunset from the balcony and the beach. Quick and easy access to beautiful beach. Unit has everything you need for a day on the beach Sunset Grill on the ground floor is delicious and convenient for lunch-dinner or drinks. Looking forward to coming back!

Great stay in Marco Island

We had a lovely time at a well-kept, attractive condo unit, right on one of the best beach areas in Marco Island. Property was clean, well-appointed for 2 persons, and just the right size for us. Beautiful lanai, and wonderful sunsets. We would certainly return.

On a beautiful beach, great part of the island, easy pool access, Sunset Grill in the building and it has good food and drink! Watch the sunset from this condo or go downstairs to the beach!

Great condo in a great location in beautiful Marco Island!

The Apollo is a great place to stay in Marco Island. The property is very secure and the grounds are clean and well-kept. The location is convenient to all the restaurants and stores on Marco Island. The condo is well-equipped. There was nothing that we needed that was not supplied. We definitely would stay there again. The only issue that we had was that the balconies are not at all private. You could look down and over and see everyone sitting on their balconies beneath and beside you. And when people were out on their balconies next to you, you could hear them talking as if they were out on your own balcony. I realize this is a matter of design of the building and cannot be remedied by the owners of the individual condos, so it's just something that you have to accept. This is the only reason I would say four stars out of five. And really it's no reflection on the owners. So, don't hesitate to stay at the Apollo, #307.

We had awesome week.thank you for letting us rent your condo . there were two other couples that went with us.and out of three condo rentals yours was the best one .we did a lot of shelling.went deep sea fishing one day; spent a day in the Everglades .and took the boat ride to cape Romano.

Beautiful property and amazing sunsets. Was on the second floor and was at first concerned with the noice from the restaurant. It was perfect! Building was extremely clean and everyone was so helpful. I look forward to returning again.

Comfortable, affordable unit. Apollo location is ideal ... proximity to the beach is great if you're a beach person, the view of the Gulf and beach from the balcony is delightful dawn to dusk, walkable distance to many restaurants, etc. Apollo staff is pleasant and professional, property is well maintained; the restrictions and rules that are in place add to a sense of security and safety.

Rental 312007 - One bedroom condo on the Beach!

This was the perfect condo on the beach for a week of relaxation and beautiful views of the beach and daily sunsets. The beach was beautiful and had all the conveniences you could want. The Condo was fully supplied with everything I needed. Pool and hot tub was great and the security was fantastic. It was great having the Sunset Grill right there for food and drinks. This was a fabulous stay and I would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic experience

Our vacation and accommodations exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed for the beach was there, and the rom and furnishings were fantastic. We love Marco Island because it is very relax and quiet. But also near restaurants and nice stores. Near places to visit. Naples, Graceland, Everglades City. Everything has something special. And Apollo right on the beach...its paradise found.

Nicely appointed condo with a great view

Check-in was easy and flawless. The owner clearly put thought into every detail of this unit. Kitchen was well equipped and the views were great. Very easy access to the beach and most of our activities were a 10 minutes drive.
