Unwind in this bright and comfortable 3-bed, 3-bath coastal retreat in Vero Beach’s quiet Summerplace community. Just a three-minute walk to private beach access, this home was designed for families and small groups who want comfort, style, and space to relax.

Inside, you’ll find a fully renovated kitchen with modern appliances, a large dining area, and a cozy living room made for movie nights. Each bedroom has its own private door, giving guests plenty of privacy. The master suite includes a desk for remote work and a jacuzzi bath for pure downtime.

Great place for a vacation

Great property for our mini vacation. Close to a lot of places and very close to a bunch of different beaches. The place was very comfy and just a great place to rest up and relax!

Beautiful house, quiet and really close to the beach. There were some issues that were brought up with the house that should have been responded to in person swiftly, but they were only noted and never taken care of while we were there.

Our Visit

This place was the perfect location for us, as we had family in the area. The layout worked really well for us because we have a young son. The location was also great because we direct access to the beach and only minutes from downtown Vero. We would stay here again.

Great location

The house was in a fantastic location - just a short walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Owners were extremely responsive when we needed to contact with questions. Our one suggestion would be to declutter the kitchen as it was difficult to navigate all the stuffed cupboards and drawers.
