Welcome to “Beach Paradise,” our premier suite with sweeping views! Situated just 1 property to the ocean in the heart of Mission Beach, this bright & sunny 3rd level unit is the ideal place to watch sunrises with a cup of coffee or evening sunsets with a glass of wine your very own private balcony. Other features of this 1bd + 1ba home include views from the entire main living area, 1 parking, BBQ, onsite laundry, beach gear, & sleeps 4. **NOTE - this home does not come with A/C, though fans are provided.

OUR HOME
As you step into the home you'll be greeted with a bright & sunny open floorplan main living area with incredible views. The living room includes a sofa sleeper, accent chair, SMART TV, & dining for 4 plus 2 bar stools on the kitchen counter. Off the living room is your very own private balcony with an electric BBQ, our favorite spot to enjoy morning sunrises over the bay, evening sunsets over the ocean, & night time Sea World fireworks during certain times of the year!

You'll enjoy cooking while overlooking blue sky views in our remodeled open kitchen, fully equipped with new appliances & a full set of kitchenware. Off of the kitchen is a bedroom complete with a Queen size bed, spacious mirrored closet, & an ensuite bath with a tub/shower combination.

Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment along Mission Blvd & the Ocean. Some of our favorite eateries include Moe's Steakhouse, DRAFT (in Belmont Park), World Famous ocean front dining, & Luigi's Pizza. Also just a mile away is Ralph's grocery.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• Guest Requirements
Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• Occupancy
Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise
Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings
Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
• Reservation Confirmation
Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive arrival instructions, parking details, wifi access, and tips on local eats & attractions.
