The unit was lovely, clean and homey. The views from the balcony where amazing you got the sunset and view of the pier something not to miss. The furniture inside was very comfortable and the balcony table was great for outdoor dining and a pleasant surprise. Had all the basics for a home away from home. I would recommend this unit for a group of 7 . The amenities.that the building offered where great too.

It was average. Condo was decently cleaned. Although there was no extra toilet paper. One roll in each bathroom is all you get for 7 people on a 4 day stay. Wipe wisely. The garbage disposal in the kitchen sink is broke and the sink drains very slowly. There are sheets for the pull out couch bed but no blankets. Had to go to buy a blanket at 11pm to be able to sleep. Not a bad place to stay just don't expect much once you get there. For me it was great just to be able to sit on the beach for the weekend and relax.

We do provide a starter supply of items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and other basic essentials to help guests get settled, but these are not intended to last the full stay for every group size. That said, we understand the frustration and appreciate the feedback. We are also sorry about the garbage disposal, slow-draining sink, and missing blanket for the sleeper sofa. Those items should have been reported to our team during your stay so we could have addressed them as quickly as possible. We will make sure maintenance reviews the sink and disposal, and we will also check the bedding setup for the sleeper sofa. We appreciate you staying with us and are glad you were still able to enjoy a relaxing beach weekend. Team BBG

The good: The host was great and responded quickly when we needed a quick clean. The room is newly renovated, the furniture wasn’t stained or worn out. The patio is the real win here. Full table and chairs and a love seat with table and two more chairs and a lamp which was nice. New full washer and drier. Improve: kitchen has no colander, but did have all nice pots and pans. No coffee filters or salt or pepper (I left mine so maybe you’ll have it ) the master bathroom does have a smell of mildew if you run the fans. It comes from the sliding door. I’m sure that can be addressed. Overall, great view, great room great host. *nicely ask the lady at check in for an extra bracelet, they snap closed permanently and have to be cut off, you’ll need them every day.

We will also investigate and address the mildew smell coming from the sliding door in the master bathroom and notify housekeeping.
