Unit was newly remodeled, clean, great location for our visit to see family and Bronco’s game. Safe, quiet area. Jose was very responsive and helpful.

The host was very welcoming. There were a few things lacking but the host was very open and responsive to our concerns and offered to correct these issues immediately. The condo is quite charming and was very centrally located to our needs while there.

The apartment was fine. The floor was visibly dirty when we arrived (laminate floor that was vacuumed but not mopped). Everything else was fine. The location is great and very walkable. The memory foam mattress bothered my wife’s back but I slept fine. The refrigerator makes a lot of noise but for the price everything was as would be expected. Would book again.

The apartment was layed out very nicely. Furniture was very comfortable. Easy to get in and out . Elevator was handy as apartment is on the 4th floor. On the less than positive the internet speed is very slow, could not use the internet. Also only 3 plates and one cup for tea. No hangers in the closet and very limited kitchen pots and pans. Adding a few items and using the upload speed would make this a 10

Very few dishes, cups,glasses and pots and pans. No coat hangers in closet. Towels were stained and not dry. Internet is not good. Place really good use a good cleaning. We stayed here last month and sent some suggestions on these improvements which would cost very little. Nothing changed so my rating reflects that. We will not stay there next month or after that.

The home was pretty and nice setting BUT it is only a 2person for sleeping. Not a 3 person as advertised. The couch only reclines, no sheets for it even after speaking to Jose (who was in another country!). Our poor third person!!! Who slept 2 nights with only a blanket on a non sleeper couch. Many small issues but all in all much can be done to make this a better place to stay in. Broken blinds, no screens or bath mat or light bulb, or ice cube tray, or extra towel or hot pads, or tub non stick protection, and dirty floors and bathroom walls.Having said that, vrbo would not move us so we stayed the 2 nights we had paid for and managed to enjoy it.

Everything was perfect except the neighbors caused issues when me and my husband wanted to wash our clothes but as far as our overall experience we loved it here would definitely visit again

Location was great for our needs. Check in was mostly smooth, though we did have some trouble with the lockbox. The big disappointment with the property was how dirty it was. Debris on the kitchen counter tops, old rotting food

The bathroom shower was very unsafe. No hand rails. The bathroom wasn’t sanitary. The bathroom toilet lid wouldn’t stay in upright position. The bathroom sink was unacceptable, had to use fork to leverage the sink stopper open. The bed sheets had white sexual stains. The floor had dust bunnies in the bedroom and living room area. The flat screen tv didn’t turn on. Changed batteries in the remote, nothing. Texted the Host. The Host replied back with question, is there a light “on” tv? The tv still wasn’t working when we checked out. The kitchen was ok.

Property was as described and overall met expectations. A few basics would have improved the stay, such as a kitchen trash can, tissues, and more paper products (I ran out of paper towels on day one). The owner responded quickly about check-in, but I didn’t receive a follow-up on the Wi-Fi. A note said the password was on the router, but I couldn’t match it to the available networks.
