Restez dans cette merveilleuse maison en front de baie à deux niveaux le long des belles plages de Treasure Island. Cette maison de style classique de la Floride est conçue pour vous et votre famille, avec beaucoup d’espace intérieur et extérieur. Comprend un quai privé en eau profonde pour votre bateau, et beaucoup d'espace pour une remorque dans la cour arrière. Accès à la plage juste en face de la rue. Proche des commerces, restaurants, et beaucoup d'activités.

Chambre des maîtres avec vue directe sur la baie, salle de bain privée avec douche à l'italienne et un lit King Size confortable.

Den avec grand canapé-lit futon pour une capacité de sommeil supplémentaire.

Deux chambres à coucher avec deux lits jumeaux et une deuxième salle de bain avec baignoire / douche.

Spring Break

We stayed for 12 days during spring break and this property is the best!! Right in the heart of treasure island and things to do everywhere. Perfect size for 4-6 people. Only downfall is the 1 bathroom, but we made it work!

Great house

Great house in Treasure Island. Close to many resturants and activities. Easy walk across the street to the beach. Property manager was very responsive with and concerns.

Great location

Overall, the property was just as described, barbecue grill needs replaced. I did put a new regulator hose on it because the old one was leaking badly, the location absolutely perfect for what I like on my vacation

Simply awesome get away perfectly located.

With only 4 days to enjoy this area we truly tried to maximize our time out with activities. This became difficult when we never wanted to leave this awesome house. Beautiful view with water access.

Dolphins!

We saw dolphins off the back dock within an hour of arriving. 10 minute walk to dining and groceries. Property was clean and homey. Had a wonderful trip.

My friends and family had a great stay at this property. The dock was a plus for our group because we love to fish and enjoyed hanging out on the dock. House was perfect for our group but would have liked a second bathroom but we made it work. Great stay!!

Winter break

The house/property are exactly as shown on the listing. Beautiful view from the back overlooking the bay. Plenty of room inside for a family of 5. Great location with a very short walk across the street to a nice beach. Close to restaurants but not in a very crowded area. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Would stay here again next time we are in the area.

Family vacation at the beach

We arrived in town early and were able to get access a bit early, which helped us. Home was comfortable, the location was great. We couldn’t get the front door to open and they sent someone quickly who replaced the door knob and was very nice. If we travel to the area again we would definitely stay again. The owners were very accommodating and helpful.

It was excellent

It’s an older house but nicely updated. The dock was a relaxing place to enjoy a drink or do some fishing and the house and beds were very comfortable. Upon arrival there was an issue with the CD player and cable TV authorization but the management company responded to an early morning call and quickly resolved the problem. The location was superb with easy beach access across the street. I would definitely stay here again.

Cute house. Nice area.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Cute house with a great little dock in the back for fishing and boat watching. Short walk to the beach. Great location to many things to see and restaurants. Fun little tiki bar for a frozen drink right next to the beach access. Could use a few more wine glasses and there were some stains on some of the curtains/bedspreads (Not really that big of a deal). We enjoyed the good selection of games at the house. The house is on a busy road and was a little noisy at night. Overall a good experience.

Boat access

The dock was good and handy. It’s not a no wake zone at the property so need to have good tie down process to handle boat wakes if you leave boat in water. The driveway is not user friendly for getting a boat trailer in the back of property it is VERY narrow and boat trailers will not make it through.

Perfect Beach Location

Perfect location to enjoy both the bay and the beach! Seen lots of dolphins in the bay! Less than 5 minute walk over to the beach! There were both board games, sand toys, a soccer ball, and beach chairs available. The upstairs is an open floor plan with not having a door however the two main bedrooms have bedroom doors. I would note being I have a toddler, the back yard wasn’t entirely enclosed. The driveway into the home didn’t have a working gate to enclose the entire yard however I just parked the car there to avoid a large open way to the main road. Kitchen was supplied with pots, glass ware, silverware; and a functioning clean washer and dryer. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much!
