Great beachfront condo with an amazing view. Clean, comfortable accommodations in a cool, well-maintained building, with a heated pool just steps from the beach. Would definitely stay again.

This is a lovely condo directly on the beach. It was just as advertised. Very clean, beach chairs and towels for use, a parking space, and a pristine beach. Very convenient to Publix, restaurants, and shopping. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Treasure Island area.

My wife and I stayed in this property for a much needed long weekend. Check in was easy and to our delight the room was beautiful and clean. The beds were comfortable, the view was gorgeous and the unit came with everything we needed for our stay. There were beach chairs, beach towels, hats as well as some beach toys and swim diapers had we needed them for our grandbaby if she were with us. There were some snacks and drinks for us in the kitchen as well as shampoo, conditioners and soaps in the shower. The unit was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed to cook a full meal as well as glasses and wine glasses etc. the trash Shute was steps from our door as well as the elevator. The pool and jacuzzi area was very nice and clean. Comfortable chairs to lay in and get sun. In my opinion, this is one of the best views on Treasure Island. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay

Great location! Great food and entertainment in the area. Beach within walking distance. We had a broken bathroom sink in one of the bathrooms while we were there and the host was very responsive and got a plumber out the same day.

Absolutely loved our stayed!!! The property was in a perfect location just steps from the beach, with stunning ocean views and sunsets. Couldn’t ask for a better getaway spot, highly recommend!!

Exactly what we needed and steps to the ocean!

Condo is as described and more. Perfectly clean, comfortable and well appointed. Furniture was clean and comfortable, beds clean and comfortable, bathrooms also very clean. Honestly there were no complaints. Beach chairs, cooler, umbrella available for our use. Kitchen had all we needed for our stay. We rented a cabana/lounge chairs located directly in front of the condo, just text the company in the morning and have your reserved beach spot for the day. Quiet beach, no fighting for a spot for your towel. Calm waves during our stay and no huge drop off in the ocean. Complex was quiet, no issues with noise and we felt completely safe. Parking was easy and covered. So many great restaurants and shopping in downtown St. Pete was a quick drive away. We will/would absolutely rent this unit again. Owner was super responsive. Don’t hesitate on this one, you’ll be happy you booked.

Friends Trip

Property was as described. Had a incident where police arrested someone 2 doors down from us. Parking space reserved for this unit is a very small parallel spot, we had a mini van and it was tight a larger SUV would not fit. There is additional 40.00 per day resort fee that was listed under house rules which makes no sense to me, it should be listed with the financial stuff. Questioned owner and it was 3 weeks before she replied .The reply was
.you agreed to it.
