Welcome to your lakefront getaway at Mile Marker 1 on Jimmie’s Creek—where beautiful water views, spacious gathering areas, and endless fun come together for the perfect vacation. This home is designed for groups and families, with room to relax, play, and enjoy the lake from sunrise to sunset.

Arrive to parking for up to 8 vehicles and head up 12 steps to the main level. The living room features a 69” Roku TV, cozy seating, and access to the lake-view deck. The open kitchen includes 6 barstools and sits between two dining areas that seat a total of 14 guests. This floor also has a full bathroom and two bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed and a Smart TV.

Upstairs, the private primary suite has a king bed, cathedral ceilings, a Smart TV, a desk/workspace, and an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, double sinks, and closet space.

Downstairs is the ideal hangout zone, with a second living area and a 49” Smart TV, a hallway game nook, a laundry/utility room, and a full bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms on this level: one with two sets of bunk beds, and another with a queen bed plus a twin-over-full bunk, Smart TV, closet, and direct walk-out access to the lower deck.

Step outside to enjoy the lakefront deck with a propane grill, Green Egg, Blackstone, outdoor dining for 8, cushioned seating, ottomans, ceiling fans, and stunning views. The newly fenced dog park makes this a pet-friendly retreat.

Lake access is unbeatable with a dock: a jet ski lift, a smaller boat slip for renter use, and 7 ft water depth at the end of the second dock. Explore the water with 4 kayaks, 1 paddleboard, and a large float, with life jackets provided.

The climate-controlled game room features an 85” Smart TV, full-size fridge, pool table, foosball, ping-pong topper, cornhole, bar area, and will include a shuffleboard table by Spring—perfect for year-round entertainment.

Full access of the house except for locked owners closets.

★☆ We love hosting guests with dogs! To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
-Keep dogs on a leash when outside at all times.
-No dogs on the furniture, including beds and couches.
-Pet fee of $175
