Fantastic unit with great coffee and parking. It’s a single floor unit with quiet but active street view, perfect for having morning coffee.

This property is a 20 minute walk to the core of the old city so the location is ideal. The property is spotless, has ample room and the patio allows a nice wind-down in the evening. I highly recommend it.

A Good Base to Stay

It was easy to check in, and the site manager was wonderful. The apartment was comfortable. Loved the convenience of the washing machine. It was a bit longer walk to the old city, but lots of shops and places to eat close by. A great location for me.

Lovely host met us and let us in. Simple clean property about 20 minutes walk from old town. We had a street parking space right outside the property. We only stayed for one night so paid the 30% fee after booking. Hairdryer was weak and not useable, and shower was lovely pressure however, falls to the bottom and cannot be put higher. (I am tall) Beds were comfy, thanks again for having us.

Logement conforme à l'annonce. GORAN très réactif et accueillant. La literie est bonne. Les bus sont à 3mn pour rejoindre la vieille ville sinon 15mn à pied.

Le studio est bien placé, relativement calme, mais le climatiseur est extrêmement bruyant. Alors on le coupe et on a vraiment trop chaud

Ordentliches Studio-Apartment

Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, für zwei Personen bequem bewohnbar. In den Schränken ist ausreichend Platz für Kleidung und Gepäck. Alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Fußläufig sind es ca 15 min bis zum Zentrum, ansonsten fahren auch Busse. Preisleistung ist absolut fair.

Wir fanden alles wie beschrieben und laut Fotos vor und waren trotzdem enttäuscht. Die Terrasse liegt genau an einer Durchgangsstraße und lädt nicht unbedingt zum verweilen ein. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es ok.

Very nice apartment, well maintained, linen changed weekly, and apartment cleaned, I only gave 3 stars for the location because for most people it would be a 20 min walk to the old city, for me not a problem I enjoy walking.

Tutto bene tranne che l, autista che mi era stato proposto per transfert da aeroporto per casa che non si è presentato dopo aver dato conferma per condurmi al porto dicendo che vi era traffico comunque dopo due ore dallo appuntamento il traghetto per Brac è partito ed il prossimo era molto tardi.comunque mi ha bruciato il programma aggiungo che lo autista mi era stato proposto dal generale manager Toni

Wonderful experience. Wonderfully accommodating hosts, immaculately clean house and perfect location

Can not fault our time at this property. The house itself was beautiful, the hosts very responsive and informative and the location allowed us to be away from noise but only a short walk into town. The beaches were also really close. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend.

Cozy apartment in Split

We were greeted at the apartment by Mr. Goran who tried his best to communicate to us in English and then he showed us the apartment. The apartment is well equipped, with extra nice touches like licorice, fresh fruit, and coffee. The apartment was within easy walking distance of some of the major sites in Split and was easily accessed from the highway. Although we're not sure if the parking spot directly in front of the apartment is always available, it was always there when we returned on each of the three evenings we returned to town.
