The Space:

Beach Construction Notice:

The City of Norfolk will begin a sand replacement project on Toler Place and Willoughby Beach (from 11th View St to the terminal groin) in response to significant erosion from recent high tides. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, beginning in late May 2025 and continuing through late July 2025. You will have to use the beach from 11th Bay and down to enjoy the beach.

Please be aware that the impacted section of the beach will be closed during work hours but will reopen in the evenings and on weekends. Alternate access to the beach is available via 11th View St and other nearby entry points.



This beautiful Chesapeake Bay retreat can accommodate up to 7 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen. The home has 3 bedrooms, including a king, a queen, and a full/twin bunk bed set. Enjoy breathtaking views of the bay from the living and dining rooms, as well as from your own private deck. After a long day at the beach, kick back and relax in our comfortable egg chairs, or unwind on the plush sectional sofa while watching your favorite shows on Netflix and Hulu (both free). The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious family meals.



Each apartment has two parking spaces. Please request permission for more than 2 cars.

Beach essentials included are beach towels and chairs. No other beach essentials indicated by Airbnb or other marketing channels are included in this listing. The Airbnb beach essentials links indicates that snorkeling equipment is a beach essential, we do not provide snorkeling equipment.

Pet Policy

Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
