What can we say. It is great as always. Every time we visit Savannah we stay here. David is always making improvements , is a very hard worker and very kind. The pool is amazing and rare to find. We love the cozy place and we will of course be back. Thank you david for being such a great host .

My group was in town for a bachelorette party and we thoroughly enjoyed the back deck and pool area. The condo is conveniently located within walkable distance to Forsyth Park and some shops along the way. Any time we had questions leading up to our stay the host was very responsive and friendly. We did enjoy our time down near the river, but this property allowed us to be close to many activities while still able to retreat to a quieter space at the end of the evening.

Planned a quick birthday getaway- and this property was exactly what we needed. Great location and even greater amenities. The owner is very communicative and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place, the home was clean, the bed was super comfortable. We were able to get Ubers super easy and was about 5-10 minute ride to get to local shopping & restaurants.

Very clean, well stocked, convenient location. We highly enjoyed our stay and exploring Savannah. We loved the quirks of the slanted floors but would not recommend anyone stay with ambulatory issues.

Hahaha! Awesome. We're so glad you enjoyed your stay and enjoyed the city as well as the floors! Yes, as with many historic homes, the floors are slanted due to previous settlement. However, we have had work done to ensure against future settlement. It's definitely unique. And, i absolutely agree, this unit is not a good fit for anybody with trouble walking due to the floors and the 4 steps at the front and back. But, if your looking to live like a local, you can not beat this spot. 😎

If it was perfect, I would think 5 stars would be given. We always hope and strive to give all of our guests a five star experience. Not sure why this one was not. sounds like it was really good.

Everything was wonderful. We way over packed. Very impressed with all the amenities and necessities that were already there. Our host was excellent. As soon as we discovered there was no coffee pot, one was delivered the next day . Will gladly recommend!
