Il s'agit d'une unité premium offerte à un prix inférieur à certaines unités !!! Nouveaux meubles! Une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé pour que vous n'ayez pas à suivre les clés !!



Phoenix West est l'un des condominiums les plus luxueux du golfe! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou Ă  travers les fenĂȘtres du sol au plafond dans le salon et chaque chambre. Avec plus de 2600 pieds carrĂ©s, l'unitĂ© est trĂšs spacieuse et meublĂ©e rĂ©cemment.



L'unitĂ© est dĂ©corĂ©e avec des appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers en acier inoxydable pleine grandeur, des armoires personnalisĂ©es, des comptoirs en granit, un bar avec machine Ă  glaçons, un tĂ©lĂ©viseur HD Ă  Ă©cran plat de 70 pouces dans le salon avec des tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat de 50 pouces dans les chambres, une buanderie avec une grande taille machine Ă  laver et sĂšche-linge. Les quatre chambres ont des lits king size !!! Il y a aussi 2 canapĂ©s-lits Queens dans le salon et deux lits jumeaux pliants si vous avez besoin de plus d'espace pour dormir 14 au total. Nous avons Ă©galement une unitĂ© 3br au mĂȘme Ă©tage si vous avez besoin d'un autre condo.



Il y a une riviÚre paresseuse, un toboggan, une piscine extérieure avec une pataugeoire clÎturée, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux jacuzzis, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne, 4 saunas et des courts de tennis sur le toit.



Il y a une limite d'ùge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans remboursement pour violation.



Parking: Vous devez acheter vos laissez-passer de stationnement à l'arrivée, ils sont des frais uniques de 35 $ par véhicule. Toute unité 4br que vous louez à Phoenix West garantit que vous pouvez acheter jusqu'à TROIS laissez-passer de stationnement, la réception vous vendra des laissez-passer supplémentaires en fonction de l'occupation du complexe pendant votre séjour, mais ne vous attendez pas à pouvoir acheter un laissez-passer supplémentaire pendant le l'été.

FAMILY VACATION 2025

Over all the experience was Wonderful. We were excited that the Lazy River maintenance was completed prior to our arrival. The condo was spacious, beds were comfortable and the gounds were beautiful and clean. The floors in the condo were very dirty causing our feet to be black! There was a mop, but no bucket. The vacuum cleaner needs replacement and no broom or dust pan. I purchase a broom and steam cleaner because I didn't want my grandchildren playing on a filthy floor. My husband noticed the fire extinguisher read empty. He notified the front desk but it had not been replaced prior to our leaving. Also the filter on the ice maker needed serving. I realize these condos get a lot of use, but the rent was not cheap, just shy of 6000. A little attention the things I mentioned would make all your renters happier.

Favorite place to stay

We have been coming to stay at Orange beach for 40 years and this is by far the cleanest and friendliest place we have ever stayed! Everything about this stay was smooth from check in to check out!

Fall Break Trip

This place has everything our group needed from ages 5 months to 55. Plenty of sleeping arrangements ,large kitchen, dining and living room. Recliners were a huge plus! Even the pull out coaches were comfortable. The views were absolutely gorgeous. We would definitely book this unit again!

Great Stay

Had a wonderful stay at Phoenix West Room 1009 over Labor Day weekend! Clean, well decorated and equipped kitchen, linens and floats. A plus was that there were box fans in each bedroom closet for those of us who have to feel the air directly on us at night for a good sleep. The balcony furniture was perfect for our big group of 7 adults and 4 kids under 12. Great location and easy to get in and out whether you’re turning left or right onto the strip. Only issue we had while here was that there are only two hot tubs and only one was operable. For such a large facility, just seems they would provide more hot tubs. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Beachfront Bliss

The balcony was large and we enjoyed sitting outside looking at the beautiful view and could see dolphins. It was a hot and humid week when we were there so we spent a lot of time in the water. The beachfront was nice and clean and so relaxing to hear the waves coming into shore. We enjoyed looking for shells during the day and crabs at night. We used the lazy river and pool a lot and the slide was an extra bonus for the kids. The indoor pool and hot tubs were nice when you needed a break from the outdoors. There were also other amenities we didn’t use, but seemed nice. The condo itself was setup nice for a big group. I liked that the 4 bedrooms had their own bathrooms and an extra bathroom in the hallway. Having laundry available in the condo is a big plus when dealing with wet swimsuits and beach towels. The kitchen/dining space had lots of seating. The only thing I would say is make sure you realize the sleeping arrangements are for two pull out couches and roll out beds to accommodate up to 17. We had the kids sleep like it was a sleepover and had the roll out beds in the living room area. I never noticed any noise from other condos, which I thoughts was great. Overall we were very happy with the experience. The condo and property was spacious and had many spots to hangout and you couldn’t be the incredible views.

Love the Phoenix West location

My first time was last year, in a 3 bedroom and am so happy to be able to come back this year to a 4 bedroom. You can't ask for a better view from our spacious deck. The four bedrooms were very well appointed and the beds were so comfortable. It's an added plus having a small deck/sliding glass doors in each bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials, you just need to add the food. We had an issue with the toaster but Charlotte saw to it that we had a NEW one the next morning!! Kudos to Charlotte for taking care of this for us. That was our only minor issue. There are various chairs to view the Gulf from both inside and out. The feeling you get in 1009 is that of light, airy and "beachy." The property is so well groomed and clean. Someone is always working to see that we are safe and secure on the property, also. The staff are always happy and willing to help you out. This is a family friendly place BUT it's also nice for people, like my friends and me, that are retired just looking for relaxation. There are so many restaurants in the immediate area, if you don't feel like cooking. We can't wait for next year!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second year we've used this condo. The condo is perfectly furnished for the number of people this condo is intended for. The view is unbeatable. The only thing I wish would change is the face that you get one trash bag for your stay, one dishwasher detergent, one roll of TP per bathroom, one small roll of paper towels, and no dish soap. I get that they destinations are no longer going to provide as much of these items as you need for your entire stay. We were required to use the one dishwasher detergent to start the dishwasher upon departure. So we had to purchase all of these items for our 4 day stay and leave or pack out the leftovers. I think one trash bag per day would at least be better than having to purchase a box of trash bags, etc.

Not crowded at all the week after Spring Break. Elevators fast and luggage, grocery carts plentiful. Quick email response from rental staff for a working Keurig coffee maker and hair dryer (unable to reach by phone # provided.)Cons: Floors were very dirty, bottom of feet turned black without shoes. Fridge very small for only 7 people. Cooking pots and pans need updated. No knobs on toaster so difficult to push lever down. Would be nice to have at least 1 of the bathrooms handicap equipped, as in grab bars and high toilet.We had high winds most of the days but overall a great stay for our family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a nice stay. Couple things I didn't love was the floors. They visibly looked clean but our feet were black within a couple minutes of walking around. Everything else felt pretty clean but there were no baseboards under any bathroom or kitchen cabinets so you could see stuff under there, it was so strange. Also, there aren't enough towels provided. We only had a party of 9 but had to wash a couple times so we had enough towels for the week. If it says you can sleep 17 then you need enough towels for that many people. They provided enough extra pillows and blankets but most pillows were gross and stained and no extra pillow cases that I saw so those were not useful to us. There were four nice roll away beds but really only coverings for two of them. The kitchen was light in pans to cook in. There were two fry pans (smaller ones) and both had seen there day. They should've been replaced long ago. Some containers for left over food would have been nice but not a deal breaker. I would say overall they have "the basics". We brought our own kitchen towels with and thankful we did because there was only ONE provided. Ice machine in the little bar area was very nice but it needs to be cleaned. Mold was growing in the back of it. Yuck. So we used it as cooler ice. Unit was beautiful as far as decor and location on the corner of building. Great amount of seating out on balcony, I just feel like more could have been provided for the renters use for this price.

The outer area was great as well. The fully furnished kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast and lunch. It had lots of extra pillows and blankets.I wish the Phoenix had something set up with food pantries because we had lots of food that we purchased that we didn’t use.

Beach Stay

The condo was big and layed out very well, the only issue we had was it was very dirty, after 2 hours the kids feet was black with dirt, took pictures and sent to property manager on Sunday got a response on Monday with sorry about it being cleaned do you want me to send crew back to clean, this should not have been asked and I did not respond, The pool and staff was great and helpful. Just not very clean.
