Enjoy this beautiful beachfront condo in sunny Marco Island, Florida. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo features a master bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom as well as two guest rooms each with a dedicated bathroom and queen beds. All three bedrooms enjoy flatscreen TVs and spacious closet space. Marvel at the Gulf's incredible sunsets from the private balcony or use the ocean view to spot dolphins! The kitchen features a full size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. An in unit washer and dryer offers renters the convenience of doing laundry at their leisure. The cabinets are stocked with silverware, cooking utensils, and pots and pans if you choose to spend a meal in. However, this condo is within walking distance of some of Marco Island's best restaurants and hotels, entertainment, and shopping so make sure to spend some time enjoying what Marco has to offer.
This gated condominium building in Marco's prime south end location is stacked with amenities including pickelball courts, tennis courts, two heated pools and hot tubs, private beach access, a barbecue area, a well stocked gym, bike storage, and a reserved underground parking space.
Please be aware that after we accept your booking request, you will be receiving an email from The Somerset association for you to fill out their HOA form. This form has a non refundable fee of $150.
"Lessee (or substitute âTenantâ or âRenterâ for âLesseeâ based on lease rental terms) acknowledges and understands that the period from May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Federal law states Tenants must turn off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched sea turtle. Sea turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against the occupant/owner by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Lessee agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lesseeâs occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred.
