Somerset is one of Marco Island's most highly desirable waterfront condominium complexes. It is here, on the 9th floor of the beautiful Somerset building that you will find this fully furnished unit. This condo features a stunning lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen, front sitting area, three spacious bedrooms, and outdoor shaded patio overlooking the beach.
The space
When you enter the home, you will immediately notice an intimate foyer area, complete with loveseat and side tables. This is a quiet and cozy place to prop open your laptop and check emails or enjoy a quiet conversation with family and friends.
The kitchen features stunning granite countertops and backsplashes, custom cabinets, decorative light fixtures that hang from the ceilings, and an expansive breakfast bar with four comfortable high-top seats. Here, you can whip up your family's favorite meals or quickly reheat leftovers from the beach café down the street. This gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, coffee maker and Keurig, toaster, and all the kitchen gadgets you need to cook meals just like you do at home. The open kitchen overlooks the lounge area, and from here you have unobstructed views of the ocean.
The luxurious living room features a high-end tan-colored sectional sofa, two leather armchairs, and two additional wicker armchairs, all around a vintage wooden coffee table. Recessed lighting along the perimeter of the room as a warm glow to the living room in the evening, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors overlooking the ocean allow plenty of natural light to flood the room.

This room features high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that lead out to a private entrance to the patio.
