Located directly on Marco Islands 5 mile pristine crescent beach front, western exposure for unobstructed views of world class sunsets. The Somerset complex is luxury at its finest. Central beach front location allows for easy walking to some of Marcos best restaurants, bars, shopping, water sports, and other near by activities. The Somerset complex offers two heated salt water pools, two out door charcoal grilling areas, pickleball and tennis courts, as well as, private beach access through its board walks. Newly added gym and remodeled lobby area.
The Condo has been recently remodeled, with tile through-out, kitchen with open concept, new appliances, tastefully furnished and decorated guaranteeing you the island experience!!! Beach locker located in lower lever stocked with everything you need for a fun beach day.

Concierge check in for every stay!

Please be aware that after we accept your booking request, you will be receiving an email from The Somerset association for you to fill out their HOA form. This form has a non refundable fee of $150.

During May 1 - October 31 Renters see below in regards to Turtle Season

"Lessee [or substitute “Tenant” or “Renter” for “Lessee” everywhere that word appears in this paragraph, based on the term used in your Lease] acknowledges and understands that the period from May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Lessee agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Lessee understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against the occupant/owner by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Lessee agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee’s occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Beautiful condo. Great views. Very clean. Only complaint : icemaker and water filter broken with no plan to repair until summer. Only one elevator working albeit very poorly. Had to carry luggage down 5 flights final day. This has nothing to do with host. Host quickly replaced two broken beach chairs(within 1 hour of us bringing it to their attention.

Wonderful place to stay and great communication

We have stayed at this building multiple times and one thing that is always consistent is the communication from the property manager, she is excellent. The unit was lovely and the bed was great!

Great condo

Somerset 606 was a great location! The condo was clean and felt very safe. The property wasn’t too busy even though it was July 4th. The key fob system for entry and exit was easy. We will come again!

Great unit in the perfect spot on the beach. Not too crowded like you see in front of the resorts. Unit was very clean upon arrival and the sunsets are amazing. The ground level beach storage locker is a game changer. There were several beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon for transport.

The condo is lovely and very well-maintained.. The view from the balcony is fabulous and the sunsets beautiful. The management staff is excellent.It is our second stay at the condo and we will be back next year.

Excellent property and quiet!

This property was our first stay in Marco Island. We fell in love with it. Upon arrival, the unit was clean, spacious and well stocked with everything other than groceries and personal items. Small items that needed updated were reported and addressed immediately. Highly recommend this location to families looking for a quieter and more mature stay.

Somerset is our Favorite!!

Excellent property and location!! Great beach provisions! The only suggestion I can make is that for this luxury condo, there should be adequate toilet paper, Kleenex, soap, and upgraded towels.

The location is excellent, property luxurious. Checking in is a nightmare, there is no guard at the gate after 4pm, the only way we got entrance was by another guest who let us in. The ice maker did not work which I reported to Host, 9 days later the ice maker still did not work. Toilet in guest bath erotetic, you had to jiggle the handle.Great unit just lacking proper maintence.
