A separate $25 pet fee per pet per night will be requested after booking. For monthly stays (28 nights or longer), the pet fee is $225 per pet per month.
A lease agreement and a separate $500 security deposit is required for stays 28 nights or more.
Primary renter, a.k.a. the person who booked the house, is at least 25 years old.
Guests are required to complete a rental agreement, pre-arrival form and upload a photo of the government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person per night after the 7th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 7 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.
Please note that we do not have a traditional crib, but we do provide a Pack 'n Play upon request for your convenience. If you plan to use it, kindly bring your own Pack 'n Play sheets.
