- Location! We're about a mile away from 5th Ave and the Beach and a short 5-8 minute car ride, 10-15 minute bike ride and you could even walk there!
- Our neighborhood: We have lived in this neighborhood for years and are close by! It is very safe and the neighbors are awesome and watch over our guests and the property, making it a very safe and great place to stay.
- The master bedroom out door shower! If you haven't ever showered outside multiple days in a row, you have got to try it!
- Being at the end of a cul-de-sac lot! It makes it that much better and gives you lots of privacy!
- The multiple outdoor seating areas! Lots of space to spread out!
- The style and coziness of the house and furnishings! You'll want to stay longer!

We pride ourselves in presenting you with a very clean and comfortable home. Our linens, towels, furniture, etc are very clean and we try our hardest to help make your stay one of the most comfortable you've had with an Airbnb. Our kitchen is fully stocked and we give you a starter pack of toiletries, soaps, etc to help you get started.

Our Keuirg coffee machine does KCups and traditional brew. We have a washer and dryer (please follow directions that will be provided), a car port and individual AC units in the bedrooms to allow you to control the temperature of each room at your desire.

Rent bikes at Western Bike (within walking distance) and explore Old Naples at its finest without paying the Old Naples prices! We are right over the main bridge going into Old Naples and are close to all the action! If you really want to do Naples right, then stay with us and in Old Naples...that's where all the action is! Tin City, 5th Ave, 3rd St South, Bayside, the multiple Marinas, Parks and enclaves are just a short ride away! Making our location a reason why so many people stay with us.

We do have a few house rules to help make your stay the best possible and to ensure safety and respect to our neighbors:
- we do have quiet hours to respect our neighbors. We ask that all outdoor noise move inside before 10pm. It just makes everyone's experience around you better.
- if you use the washer & dryer the instructions will be sent to you and MUST be followed. It is a self ventilating washer and dryer and there are just a couple different steps to take.

Other than that your our guests so relax and experience Old Naples at its best! All we ask that you treat the property as though it was yours.
